The river was the 3♦ and Kenjic bet 12,000. Montalvo took a few minutes before calling, and Kenjic turned over 10♦8♠ for trips to win the pot.
Dathan Kuppin raised to 1,000 in early position, and only Rob Douras called in the hijack.
Both players checked the 4♥K♦6♠ flop, as well as the A♥ turn.
However, on the 3♥ river, Kuppin decided to bet 800. Douras made the call, and his J♦J♣ was enough to beat Kuppin's 9♦9♣.
2016 Main Event champion Qui Nguyen and Shawn Moore saw a flop of K♠9♣5♠ when Moore bet 1,500 from the cutoff. Nguyen called in the big blind.
Moore bet another 2,200 on the 6♦ turn and Nguyen again called. The river was the Q♠ and Nguyen led out for 15,000.
Moore took a minute before folding as Nguyen took down the pot.
Deborah Nance opened from under the gun to 1,000 and action folded around to Deborah Worley-Roberts in the small blind who called. Andrew Brown also defended the big blind.
The A♦A♣7♠ flop was checked by the blinds and Nance bet 2,000. Only Worley-Roberts called.
They saw a Q♦ turn and players checked to the 4♦ river. Worley-Roberts bet out 3,000 and Nance called.
Worley-Roberts had 9♣9♥ which didn't hold up against Nance's K♣Q♣.
Three-way on a flop of A♠5♦K♦, Valentin Vornicu who three-bet preflop from the small blind continued for 2,500. The big blind folded, but Clayton Schmeisser under the gun called.
Both players checked the 10♥ turn leading to the J♥ river where Vornicu bet 6,000.
Schmeisser quickly called with K♠J♠ but lost to Vornicu's straight with A♥Q♣.
