There were roughly 21,000 in the pot on 5J8KQ.

Lucas Blanco Oliver, who was in early position, put Christopher Puetz all in for roughly 30,000 on the river.

Puetz went deep into the tank before finding the call button, but got shown the bad news as Oliver tabled a set with JJ, Puetz tabled AK before exiting the tournament.

Selbst Raises the River

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Vanessa Selbst
Vanessa Selbst

Heon Lee opened from early position and was called by Justin Pfeiffer in the hijack. Vanessa Selbst squeezed to 4,600 on the button and both Lee and Pfeiffer called for a bloated three-way pot.

Action checked through on the K29 flop and 8 turn, but Lee led out for 3,000 after the 9 completed the board.

Selbst tanked a bit before cutting out a raise to 9,400 and placing it into the middle. Lee let his hand go and Selbst dragged the pot.

Parched from her victory, Selbst also ordered two Fiji bottles of water as she was collecting the pot.

Goss Flops Top Set and Doubles

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Jon Towers opened to 1,200 from middle position and received calls from Robert Goss on the button and JJ Liu in the small blind.

All three players checked the 8105 flop leading to the 6 turn. Liu bet 2,000, Towers folded and Goss shoved for 11,900. Liu called with a covering stack to put him at risk.

Robert Goss: 1010 All in
JJ Liu: 99

Goss was a massive favorite with top set against Liu's pair of nines and gutshot, and after the K river changed nothing for either player and Goss doubled up.

Nines Are Good for Lang

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

2014 WSOP Main Event finalist Jorryt Van Hoof opened to 1,500 from middle position. Douglas Lang called from the cutoff, but Shohei Kawano in the small blind squeezed to 8,000. Van Hoof folded even before the big blind while Lang made the call.

Kawano bet 6,000 on the 578 flop, and the exact same amount on the Q turn. Lang called twice.

The 10 river was checked by Kawano with AK. Lang checked back with 99 and won the pot.

Ohara Chipping Up

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Masato Ohara opened from under the gun to 1,100 and picked up calls from two players in middle position. Action was then on Ethan Kamps, in the big blind, who put out a three-bet of 3,000. Ohara was interested in playing a bigger pot and four-bet to 7,600. Both the original callers folded, but Kamps made the call.

It didn't take much to blow Kamps off the pot on the flop. Once the dealer had spread the 10JJ flop, and Kamps had checked, Ohara downbet to 3,500. This was too rich for Kamps, who returned his cards to the dealer.

Simpson Pads His Stack

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Gilbert Deleon raised to 1,500 from middle position and was called by Ian Simpson in the cutoff and Giovanni Camardella in the small blind.

The flop came 74K and it was checked to Simpson, who bet 1,800. Camardella folded, but Deleon called.

Both players checked down on the 6 turn and 3 flop and Deleon tabled 88. His eights were no good, however, as Simpson revealed 1010 to claim the pot.

Morrison Turns Broadway

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Dennis Morrison checked from under the gun on a flop of 2KJ, and William Zgorski bet 2,500 from the button. Morrison made the call.

Both players checked the 10 turn and the 6 came on the river. Morrison had checked blind, which allowed Zgorski to bet 7,000. Morrison didn't take long to check-raise to 25,000, and after a few moments, Zgorski called.

Morrison tabled the nut straight with AQ, and Zgorski mucked his cards.

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Wagner Wysotchanski
Wagner Wysotchanski

After Martin Spatt limped in first position, Wagner Wysotchanski raised to 2,500 in the hijack and Joseph Clark called on the button. In the big blind, David Abramowicz moved all in for 41,000 which saw Spatt fold, Wysotchanski shove for more, and Clark folded behind what he said was AxKx.

David Abramowicz: 99 All in
Wagner Wysotchanski: QQ

The board ran out J57JK and the queens and jacks were good for Wysotchanski to take down the pot and eliminate Abramowicz from the tournament.
