Dicken Doesn't Double

Action was picked up on the river, with a board reading A♠10♠10♦J♦J♠. With a pot of 38,000, first to act Charles Eichner put in an overbet of 50,000. Donovan Dicken was the only other player still with cards, and the bet was enough to put him all in for his remaining 35,000. He muttered to himself saying, "I can't be good," before eventually sticking in the call.

Eichner tabled A♣A♦ for top full house, and Dicken let go of his cards. Eichner pointed out that Dicken's cards had to be shown, but they were already in the muck. He told the table he had Qx10x for a weaker boat.

Demlang Loses a Pot to Mercier

Jason Mercier raised to 4,000 and Harry Demlang called in the big blind.

The both checked on the 8♥3♠K♦ flop and a 5♠ hit the turn. Demlang check-called Mercier for 6,000.

The river paired the board with the 8♣ and Demlang led out for 10,000. Mercier called, showing 7♠7♥ for the winning hand while Demlang sent A♦2♦ into the muck.

Marmar Doubles Through Eisenberg

Amir Marmar opened to 4,000 from the hijack and Lara Eisenberg defended her big blind.

Both players checked on the 6♠4♦6♥ flop and Eisenberg led out for 3,500 on the 7♥ turn. Marmar raised to 13,000 and Eisenberg called.

The 4♥ double-paired the board and Eisenberg put Marmar all in for his last 17,000 behind. Marmar snap-called and Eisenberg tabled A♥4♠ for fours-full.

It was no good, however, as Marmar revealed A♦6♦ for sixes-full and was awarded the double-up.

Jun Weng raised to 4,000 in middle position and received a three-bet shove for 20,500 from Jean Kleemann immediately to his left. Beihao Wang also went all-in in hijack for 24,000. With action back to him, Weng made the call for a three-way all-in showdown.

Beihao Wang: 8♠8♦ All in
Jun Weng: A♣Q♠

The flop came 4♠J♦5♠ with Kleeman still in the lead. The runout 2♥J♠ didn't give Weng a double elimination. Instead Kleeman tripled up and Wang remained in the tournament winning the 7,000 side pot.

In a three-way pot, the board read 7♥J♥8♠4♠ when Harlan Karnofsky bet 10,000 and Richard Florestan called. Kohei Arai folded and they continued heads-up.

The A♦ completed the board and Karnofsky bet 15,000. Florestan called and tabled A♥3♥ for a pair of aces and the winning hand, while Karnofsky sent J♠10♠ into the muck.

David Margi raised to 4,000 under the gun. Action folded around to the big blind Beihao Wang, who put his remaining 5,000 chips in the middle. Margi added the 1,000 in.

Wang spiked an ace on the flop of K♠5♣A♣ giving him the lead and a possible double up. The turn 6♠ didn't help Margi and the 10♥ river makes certain that Wang continued his tournament run.
