Great flop for both players as Stokes flopped and set and Kaufmann the nut flush draw on 2♠Q♠3♠, the 7♦ turn kept Stokes in the lead, but the 6♠ on the river eliminated him from the tournament.
With the board showing 4♣Q♦3♦K♥Q♣ and around 280,000 in the pot, Max Neugebauer and Ivan Poroliev were locked in a heads-up battle. Neugebauer led out for 75,000 as the first to act, putting the pressure on Poroliev, who took his time to consider the spot.
After a long tank, Poroliev eventually released his hand, conceding the pot to Neugebauer, who quietly added a healthy boost to his stack.
Just a few hands later, Jonathan Pardy hit the rail from the same table.
Kanishka Upreti made it 10,000 from under the gun and Aaron Thomas jammed for 106,000 out of the small blind. Upreti made the call to put Thomas at risk.

Angelina Rich had her stack of 72,000 in the middle and was put at risk by Ryan Torgersen.

Rich was in the lead and was a big favorite to double up, but the Q♦K♣2♦ flop had other ideas as Torgersen made two pair.
No ace arrived on the 4♠J♥ runout, which meant Rich was eliminated as the money bubble looms ever closer.
Wu Guangbiao moved all in from the small blind for 64,000 and Milan Patel in the big blind looked down at his cards.
"Sorry bro," he said as he put in the chips to call.

No waiting for Patel as the flop of A♦7♠8♣ gave him top set and it held up on the 2♥3♣ runout to eliminate Guangbiao from the tournament.
Simon Burns just recalled a big pot that happened not so long ago, which resulted in the elimination of Matthew Wantman.
John Jankowski had raised to 11,000 preflop and got a call from Wantman, Derek Dufour, and the big blind. They went to a flop of 10♦9♦3x, where once the action got to Jankowski, he bet 60,000. Wantman then shoved, Dufour called, and Jankowski also called, creating a pot of around 500,000.
The players then took it to showdown on the A♦Q♦ runout, which put four to a flush out there.
Wantman flipped 9x9x for a set of nines, Dufour held 10x10x with a set of tens, and Jankowski took it down with AxAx with his set of aces!
Daniel Carney raised to 12,000 from middle position and on the button, Dominick Santalucia moved all in for 110,000 and Carney called.

Avery Grande opened to 11,000 from middle position before Ian Ivers jammed for 54,000 from the big blind. Grande confirmed the count before he put a stack into the middle to call.

Ivers was ahead with ace-high but the Q♥8♠8♥ flop gave Grande a flush draw. However, it was the 10♦ turn that gave Grande the lead. Ivers could not find an ace on the 3♠ river as his Main Event dream must wait another year.
Arnaud Mattern raised to 11,000 and Nikolay Volper called one seat over on the button. Ryan Jones then jammed the big blind for 71,000 and Mattern reshoved to force out Volper.
