On the last hand of the night, Joey Padron raised to 1,000,000 in the hijack and Kohei Arai three-bet to 3,500,000 in the small blind. Padron then moved all in, and Arai called for 14,350,000.

Arai found himself at risk for the second straight hand, but this time he was in need of help against Padron's kings. The Q83 flop gave him a flush draw, but he missed the 4 turn and 9 river and was sent to the rail right before the players bagged up for the night.

Diego Ponce raised to 1,000,000 under the gun and Richard Freitas called in middle position. Pedro Padilha then moved all in for 10,250,000 in the hijack and Ponce folded, but Freitas snap-called to put his countryman at risk.

Pedro Padilha: AK All in
Richard Freitas: AA

Padilha had shoved right into Freitas' aces as the flop came K84, giving him a glimmer of hope with top pair. The 4 turn was no help and Padilha was looking for one of the last two kings in the deck to stay alive, but he missed the 9 river and was eliminated in 26th place.

On the right hand feature side, Joshua Beckenstein pushed all-in for 6,800,000 in the cutoff and Stefan Nemetz went all-in over the top for 9,900,000 on the button to isolate.

The rail of Beckenstein shouted for a nine but the J44310 runout ensured that the kicker played for Nemetz. Beckenstein was ousted in 27th place for $300,000 and that locked up a pay jump to $360,000 for all other contenders still in the mix.

Braxton Dunaway opened from middle position to 1,000,000 and Nazar Buhaiov three-bet the button to 2,400,000. When it got back to Dunaway, he called.

On the Q103 flop, Dunaway checked and Buhaiov bet 2,200,000. Dunaway called to see the 5 hit the turn, and again tapped the table. Buhaiov then shoved for around 6,500,000, and Dunaway beat him into the pot.

Dunaway turned a set of fives and had Buhaiov's Main Event life hanging by a thread. Buhaiov needed an ace or a nine to make a straight, but the 3 river wasn't what he needed, which ended his run in 28th.

Eric Afriat

Eric Afriat moved all in for his last 725,000 on the button. Nazar Buhaiov called in the big blind and Afriat voiced what he would like to see happen.

"Isolate me," he said with action still pending. No isolation took place as John Wasnock came along from the big blind as well.

The flop came 432 and Afriat started to pack up his card protectors as the two players checked in the dry side pot. The turn was the 7 and the action checked through to the A on the river.

Buhaiov finally led out with a bet of 500,000 and Afriat started to walk away from the table. Wasnock mucked his hand and Buhaiov flipped over Q5 for a straight. Afriat returned to table his 109 and then wished everyone good luck before departing.

Lautaro Guerra kicked things off from under the gun with an all-in of 5,550,000. Action folded to Theo Tran in middle position, who went all-in himself for 1,925,000. Nobody else joined, so the cards went on their backs.

On the first hand back from break, Giovanni Pupo moved all in for 5,050,000 in middle position and Adam Hendrix called on the button. Murilo Milhomem then reshoved for 8,150,000 in the small blind and Hendrix snap-called to put both opponents at risk.

"We need an ace. Ace. Ace. Ace," Milhomem chanted as he ran over to his rail. Hendrix stood up from his seat and rested his head on the chair in anticipation as the flop came J105, keeping him in the lead with his kings but giving Pupo a pair and Milhomem a straight draw.

"No queen, jack, or ace," Hendrix said, and the 6 fell on the turn. The river was the 6 and Hendrix scooped the pot to score the double knockout, sending Pupo and Milhomem to the rail in 32nd and 31st place, respectively.

William Kassouf

Kenny Hallaert raised to 850,000 in the cutoff as action went on Will Kassouf in the small blind. Pedro Padilha called the clock after just a few seconds had passed.

"Does he get a warning for calling the clock after five seconds? I'll give you $10,000 if I don't have a hand. You give me $10,000 if I have a hand. Put your money where your mouth is," Kassouf told him.

He eventually tossed in his last 2,700,000 and Hallaert called.

Will Kassouf: 77 All in
Kenny Hallaert: K5

"He's raising with king-five, and he's calling my shove. PokerStars professional, sponsored player," Kassouf said after Hallaert revealed his hand. The AJ10 flop gave Hallaert a straight draw, while he spiked the K on the turn to take the lead.

"Queen on the river. Disgusting. Seven or a queen, dealer's choice," Kassouf pleaded, but he missed the J river and was sent to the rail.

"King-five. Well played. Absolute disgrace. F**king joke. You're all pathetic," Kassouf said while the rail began chanting "Na na na na, hey hey hey, goodbye,"

"See you next year. I'll remember all of your faces next year, and I'm going to bash you up," Kassouf added, including a few more choice words for tournament officials.

Octavian Voegele

Octavian Voegele raised to 2,325,000 from early position and left himself with just 25,000 behind. Muhamet Perati was in the cutoff and called.

They saw a flop of 79Q, where Voegele checked and Perati bet 25,000. Voegele took some time, rechecked his cards, and faked a fold.

"What if they slipped?" asked Ruben Correia.

"If they slipped, it's what's meant to be," Voegele responded before he tossed in his last chip.

Octavian Voegele: K10 All in
Muhamet Perati: 1010

Voegele did have outs with a king or a jack, but the 32 runout didn't offer any assistance, which left him on the rail in 36th.
