Chun Takes From Houssain

Level 42 : Blinds 1,500,000/3,000,000, 3,000,000 ante

Philip Chun opened to 6,000,000 under the gun, and only big blind Jalil Houssain called.

The two went to a flop of 98Q which checked through. Houssain then led out for 8,500,000 on the 4 turn, and Chun put in the call. The river Q checked through, too, and Houssain showed down K10. "I needed one of those!" he said as he saw Chun's JJ which took down the pot.

Axel Bayout

Axel Bayout defended his big blind after Jalil Houssain opened to 6,000,000. The pair checked the Q32 flop and the turn was the J. Bayout checked, but folded to Houssain's shove.

A few hands later, David Prociak opened to 6,000,000 and Bayout shoved for 8,500,000. Kartik Ved cold-called and Prociak also called.

Ved forced Prociak out on the A33 flop and the cards were turned over.

Axel Bayout: A3 All in
Kartik Ved: 66

Bayout had hit the perfect flop, and avoided disaster on the 7 turn and the 8 river to triple up.
