Rogers and Buckley Bust Back-to-Back

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Bruno Furth raiesd to 100,000 in middle position. Cutoff Adrian Buckley three-bet to 340,000, leaving only a few chips behind. Furth quickly put in the rest, and Buckley called off.

Adrian Buckley: AKK52 All in
Bruno Furth: AJ732

Furth found two pair on the A79 flop. He also made a low on the 5 turn, and the 10 river was not enough to save Buckly from going under.

One hand before, Aaron Rogers had also been eliminated from the same table.

Lorgeree Stuns Harder on the River

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Christian Harder
Christian Harder

Doug Lorgeree raised to 100,000 in middle position and Daniel Aharoni called on the button, as did Christian Harder in the big blind.

The flop came K84 and Harder led out for 345,000. Only Lorgeree called, and the Q fell on the turn.

Harder then bet 290,000, leaving one 5,000 chip behind, and Lorgeree moved all in. Harder looked around to see what was happening on the other tables before flicking in his last chip.

Harder showed AK1085 for two pair, while Lorgeree had AQ932. The river brought the Q to give Lorgeree trips, and Harder shot out of his seat and quickly made his way to the exit.

"Wow," tablemate David Benyamine chimed in.

Kerkaert Gives Up a Massive Double to Benyamine, Then Shoves on Pan

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

William Kerkaert and David Benyamine both had more than 500,000 in the middle when they went heads-up on a board of 68AJA. Benyamine then moved all in for 785,000 from the small blind, and Kerkaert tanked for several minutes before calling.

Benyamine showed A8742 for a full house and low, and Kerkaert mucked A9643 before handing over the massive pot.

A few hands later, Kerkaert opened to 105,000 in the cutoff and Qinghai Pan called in the small blind.

The flop came 10Q9 and Pan led out for 120,000. Kerkaert then moved all in for 365,000, and Pan took a few minutes before folding.

"I'll take a chop," James said, but there was no possibility for one after the 10Q9 flop. James found no help on the 2 turn or J river, sending him to the exit in 25th place.

Lorgeree Works Big Stack to His Advantage

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

William Kerkaert bet 75,000 from under the gun on a flop of 397 and Doug Lorgeree raised to 275,000 in the hijack. Kerkaert tanked for several minutes before calling.

The turn was the 5 and Lorgeree bet another 350,000. Kerkaert again took several minutes to consider the decision, but this time he gave up his hand and surrendered the pot to Lorgeree.

Picking up the action on a four-way 3J5 flop, it checked to Dan Shak in middle position, who bet the pot of 360,000. Sam Soverel called in the cutoff, and Bruno Furth followed suit in the small blind.

Luis Velador folded in the big blind before the J fell on the turn. Furth led all in for 800,000, Shak called, and Soverel called off for 465,000 as well.

Sam Soverel: AJ1052 All in
Bruno Furth: KK742 All in
Dan Shak: A8632

The 5 river completed the board. No low appeared, meaning Soverel's full house scooped the main pot. Furth's two pair raked in the side pot as Shak incurred a seven-figure loss to his stack.

Qinghai Pan

Qinghai Pan raised to 75,000 in the cutoff and Gus Hansen called in the small blind. Daniel Aharoni then reraised to 525,000 in the big blind, and Pan called for his last 250,000. Hansen, meanwhile, tanked for a few minutes before also calling for 300,000.

Qinghai Pan: AQQ72 All in
Gus Hansen: AQJ96 All in
Daniel Aharoni: AKK104

"I'm in really bad shape," Hansen said once the cards were revealed. The flop came Q310, and Pan took the lead with a set of queens. He ended up with a full house as the board ran out 910 to secure the triple up, while Aharoni took the side pot to send Hansen to the rail.

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Alexis Cruz Martinez

Qinghai Pan got his last few chips in from the big blind on the 4A106 turn against Mike Matusow in the big blind.

Qinghai Pan: 98652 All in
Mike Matusow: QJ1052

Both players had the same low, and Matusow's high remained best on the J river to take three-quarters.

The next hand, Daniel Aharoni raised in early position. Alexis Cruz Martinez called in the hijack, Pan called all in for 50,000 in the small blind, and Aaron Kupin came along from the big blind.

Aharoni bet the 829 flop, the short-stacked Cruz called off his final blinds, and Kupin check-folded to force a showdown.

Qinghai Pan: Q7664 All in
Alexis Cruz Martinez: AK842 All in
Daniel Aharoni: A6643

Aharoni had the nut low and a flush, eliminating Cruz on the 97 runout. Pan had a higher flush to take half, doubling him up in the four-way pot.
