Kihara Limp-Shoves to Bust Smith

Level 18 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Naoya Kihara limped under the gun, and Yang Wang did the same on his direct left. Dylan Weisman was to the left of Wang, and he announced "pot" for 135,000. Dylan Smith repotted to 480,000 on the button, and the blinds folded. Kihara then jammed, folding out both Wang and Weisman.

Smith flopped massive on the 256 flop as he picked up a whole host of outs. The K turn took some of them away as spades were no longer good, and the 3 saw to it that Kihara's aces would hold.

One for Smith, One for Ding, None for Vieira

Level 18 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Dylan Linde raised to 85,000 in the cutoff, which only Dan Smith called on the button.

Linde slowed down on the J97 flop, choosing to check-fold when Smith took over the betting lead to the tune of 230,000.

No-Limit Hold'em

With 160,000 already in the pot, and a 6J3 flop face up on the felt, Biao Ding bet 40,000 in the small blind, and Frank Brannan called in the big blind.

The K turn card joined the board, and Ding continued with another bet, putting 75,000 into the middle. That was enough to end the contest, as Brannan returned his cards to the dealer.

Shortly before those hands took place, Joao Vieira was eliminated from the tournament.

Kornuth Exits

Level 18 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Amit Benyacov raised to 85,000 from late position and Yang Wang called on the button. In the big blind, Chance Kornuth raised to 350,000 to see Benyacov move all in and only Kornuth call for 450,000 total.

Chance Kornuth: KKQ2 All in
Amit Benyacov: AK107

The board ran out 933A10 and the aces and tens were good for Benyacov to take down the pot and Kornuth was eliminated.

Wang Doubles

Level 18 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

John Riordan raised to 85,000 in the hijack, and quickly faced a three-bet to 300,000 from David Wang in the cutoff. The action folded back to Riordan, who moved all in, covering the extra 135,000 Wang had behind.

David Wang: AA63 All in
John Riordan: AK98

There was little to sweat for Wang, as the board ran out 326102, earning him a double-up.

Shak Out Either Way

Level 18 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Tom Vogelsang opened to 50,000 from the cutoff. His compatriot Carlo van Ravenswoud then moved all in for 545,000. Big blind Dan Shak called all in for less, and Vogelsang made a pained fold.

Dan Shak: JJ All in
Carlo van Ravenswoud: A6

Shak was in a great position, until he wasn't as the A49 flop came out. The 43 runout kept him behind, as Vogelsang announced that he had folded ace-jack suited, and was "snappig him [van Ravenswoud] off."

"So I'm out either way," said Shak as he left the table.

Andjelko Andrejevic Falls On The Bubble To Amit Benyacov

Level 18 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Naoya Kihara called in middle position to see Yang Wang in the hijack and Andjelko Andrejevic in the small blind all call. In the big blind, Amit Benyacov moved all in to see action fold back to Andrejevic who called for 100,000 total.

Andjelko Andrejevic: 44 All in
Amit Benyacov: AQ

The board ran out Q10259 and the pair of queens was good for Benyacov to eliminate Andrejevic on the bubble.

Why WSOP Main Event Champ Greg Raymer Won't Give His Fossils to 'Douche Bags'

Greg Raymer
Greg Raymer

2004 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event champion Greg "Fossilman" Raymer is known for handing out authentic fossil card protectors to those who eliminate him, but not all players are so lucky.

Raymer, who is currently running deep in Event #61: $1,000 Super Seniors, revealed to PokerNews that his fossil giveaway comes with a "douche bag clause" that leaves some players who bust him with chips and a story, but no prehistoric card protector.

No-Limit Hold'em

The action was joined as John Riordan had maneuvered his stack of 510,000 into the middle preflop from the hijack, and was at risk of elimination at the hands of Dan Smith, who was one seat to his right.

John Riordan: AK All in
Dan Smith: QQ

As the players from other tables gathered round hoping to see the bubble burst, the dealer burned and turned a 526 flop, giving Riordan a flush draw to go with his two overs.

It was one of those two overs that came to his rescue, as the K rolled off on the turn.

The 4 completed the board, and Smith paid Riordan his double-up.

No Bubble Sweat for Glazer

Level 18 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Jordan Glazer
Jordan Glazer

Pot-Limit Omaha

Dan Shak opened to 70,000 from the hijack. Jordan Glazer then moved all in from the small blind for his final 95,000. Tom Vogelsang called from the big blind, and Shak was forced to call, given Glazer's under-raise.

The players with action checked all the way down to the river, with the board reading A8656. Glazer had a cheeky smile on his face as he tabled AA followed by Q10 for top set on the flop, the nut flush draw on the turn, and a boat on the river.

Given the all-in nature of the hand, the other two had to show their cards also. Vogelsang tabled QJ87 and Shak showed KQJ7
