Alexandru Farcasanu was all in for 2,300,000 from the cutoff and up against Rene Majed on the button.
Alexandru Farcasanu: 10♣10♦
Rene Majed: J♣J♦
Majed had Farcasanu crushed with his jacks, and he improved to a full house as the board ran out 6♥8♥A♠A♦J♠ to send Farcasanu to the rail and boost his stack up past 10,000,000.
Hicham Aouraghe raised the button to 225,000, and Iraklis Manikaros three-bet to 1,400,000 in the small blind with around 150,000 behind. It folded to Aouraghe, and he moved all in.
Manikaros glanced at the board. With 46 players left, the next pay jump was two eliminations away. Half a minute passed, and Manikaros called all in.
Iraklis Manikaros: K♦J♣
Hicham Aouraghe: A♦7♠
Neither player connected with the Q♥6♠6♦4♠10♦ board, and Manikaros was eliminated; the table broke right after.
Pawel Wojciechowski raised to 200,000 in the cutoff, Yuhan Wang moved all in for 1,900,000 in the big blind, and Wojciechowski called.
Yuhan Wang: A♠10♦
Pawel Wojciechowski: A♦K♠
Wang was dominated and at risk as the flop came 6♠8♠J♦. The 6♦ turn left him a card from elimination, but he spiked the 10♥ on the river. "What the f**k!" he yelled out after earning the fortunate double up, leaving Wojciechowski nursing an extreme short stack.
At the same time at another table, Sebastian Kotowicz and Alkiviadis Stamatis had all their chips in the middle, with Kotowicz at risk for 2,700,000 in the small blind while Stamatis went for the knockout on the button.
Sebastian Kotowicz: A♣K♦
Alkiviadis Stamatis: 8♠8♦
It was a massive flip with more than 5,000,000 at stake, and Kotowicz took the lead on the J♥K♥A♠ flop with two pair. The turn was the 3♠, but Stamatis spiked the 8♣ on the river to make a set and send Kotowicz shaking his head on the way to the payout desk.
Fabio Peluso made it 215,000 from middle position before Dan Sfarlea jammed from the next seat for roughly 1,400,000. Yehonatan Behor called his last 330,000 off from the big blind, and Peluso reluctantly folded.
Yehonatan Behor: Q♠J♠
Dan Sfarlea: A♠Q♦
Behor was dominated by Sfarlea preflop, but the Q♣J♥7♥ flop propelled Behor into the lead with two pair. Sfarlea picked up some outs on the K♣ turn and managed to find one of them when the 10♣ river completed his straight.
Behor headed to the rail and Sfarlea was up to around two million.
Gal Naim raised to 200,000 from under the gun, and Besnik Aruqi three-bet to 500,000 thereafter. It folded all the way to Jakub Koleckar in the big blind, who pushed all in for 565,000 total. Naim called, as did Aruqi, and the two active players then checked down the 10♣9♦8♣5♣3♥ board.
Naim exposed his 7♠7♣ and Koleckar revealed his A♠Q♦, the A♣J♥ of Aruqi were also no good.
Naim banged his hand on the table in excitement, while Aruqi said in German, "I can't play against you because the hand is dead," which another player tried to translate to Naim.
