Yun-Hsiang Fan

Yun-Hsiang Fan is perhaps the best example of how international Team PokerNews is. The 23 year old educational counselor from Taiwan follows the poker world through our Chinese language outlet. Fan has been playing poker for about 2 years, having learned the game while being an exchange student in the US. He came back to Taiwan, and started to 'take poker more seriously' last summer. Fan played poker with Team PokerNews captain Tony G on Tony's promotional tour of Japan late last year. He must have learned something about Tony's play, as Fan won his seat to the WSOP by knocking Tony G out of our Doyle's Room three seat freeroll.
