Brian Meinders - 8th PlaceBrian Meinders Eliminated in 8th Place ($54,777)
As Jay Kinkade was being eliminated, a big hand was brewing over on Table #150 between chip leader Joe Serock and Brian Meinders.
All of the community cards had been dealt:

, and it appeared as though Meinders had check-raised Serock, who then responded by pushing all in. Meinders called, turning over Q-J for trip jacks. But Serock had
for the straight, and Meinders is out in 8th place.
"Donk down on 150!" said the good-natured Meinders as he shook hands on his way out.
Serock moves up to a whopping 3.4 million on that one, about than two million ahead of his nearest foe (Brock Parker). We're down to seven, and so now the players are redrawing for a single seven-handed table. -

Kink - You Really Got Me
Alexander Wilson raises to 42,000 from the cut-off and Jay Kinkade makes it an even 100,000 from the small blind. Passed back to Wilson who moves all-in and as he does this, Kinkade lets out a deep sigh...and folds.
