    Early Break Coming Up

We will be taking a short break at the end of this level as the floor has decided to move our final table off the main floor and onto one of the feature stages.

Play will stop for 10-15 minutes while players are moved and the stage is set.

Cutler Takes One on the Turn

Eugene Katchalov raised to 15,000 from early position and got called in three places.

When action checked to Chris Moore on a flop of {2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{A-Spades}, Joseph Cutler and Katchalov both made the call while Michael McNeil folded. Action then checked to Cutler on the turn who fired out 45,000 at the {J-Diamonds}, forcing Katchalov and Moore out of the hand.

    Andrew Margolis on Day 2
    Andrew Margolis on Day 2

    Nines are Enough for Margolis

Andrew Margolis made it 16,000 to go from the cutoff and got called by Jason Somerville and Chris Moore out of the blinds.

Everyone checked the flop of {J-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and Margolis called Somerville's 28,000 turn bet on the {4-Clubs} while Moore got out of the way. Margolis called another 60,000 when Somerville led at the {7-Hearts} on the river before turning over {K-Spades}{9-Spades} for second pair, which was enough to beat Somerville's {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}.

Top Two are Good for Katchalov

Eugene Katchalov raised 15,000 from the cutoff and got called by Brandon Wong in the big blind. Both players then checked the flop of {J-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}, and Wong check-called for 27,000 when the turn came the {A-Clubs}.

The river brought the {7-Clubs} and Wong check-called another 53,000 before Katchalov turned up {A-Hearts}{10-Spades} for top two pair. Wong mucked and we moved on to the next hand.

    Carris Goes Straight

On a flop of {A-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{9-Clubs}, Mike Shannon led for 17,000 and got flat called by Jeff Carris in late position.

Carris called another 25,000 when the {7-Spades} landed on the turn and 75,000 more when the river brought the {6-Clubs}. Shannon turned over {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} for the bottom end of the straight while Carris tabled {A-Spades}{10-Hearts} for the top end and the pot.

Josh Tieman - From Day 2
Josh Tieman - From Day 2

    Tieman Gets Caught With Nothing

Jason Somerville raised to 18,000 from late position and got called by Joseph Cutler in the cutoff. When Josh Tieman re-raised to 58,000 from the big blind, Somerville called and Cutler folded.

Somerville then called Tieman's bet of 55,000 on a flop of {9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} and both players checked the {2-Spades} on the turn. When the river brought the {3-Spades}, Tieman fired another 85,000. Somerville called again and took the pot when his {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} bested Tieman's {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}.

Early Action - Still No Flops

We haven't seen a flop yet on this final table, but there's been a little preflop action going on as players feel each other out.

On the last hand, Mike Shannon put in a 15,000 raise from the hijack and got called by Andrew Margolis on the cutoff and Christopher Moore out of the small blind. Joseph Cutler was next to act, re-popping the action to 80,000 from the big blind and forcing the rest of the table to fold.

    McNeil is M.I.A.

Hands are being dealt, but Michael McNeil hasn't made it to his seat yet. The floor staff is currently paging him to his final table.

If you know McNeil, you may want to give him a call.
