    Plastik Bagged

    Small blind David Plastik got his last 400 in from the small blind in a five-way pot. Come the river of the {Q-Spades} {K-Spades} {4-Clubs} {3-Hearts} {4-Spades} board, he flashed the {Q-Clubs} but whatever his kicker was it couldn't beat his winningest opponent's {A-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts}.

    Sam Grizzled

    Sam Grizzle called all in for his last 475 to a raise and a reraise with three other players making it to the {9-Clubs} {K-Clubs} {Q-Hearts} flop. Soon as the innocuous looking {4-Hearts} came on the turn, though, Grizzle just mucked his hand, stood up and left, while the three players continued the hand. That's that, then.

    Trash Talk

    Wow, poker player spotted getting up from the table to put their empty drinks containers in the bin instead of leaving them in the middle of the floor for bloggers to fall over!

    The lovely and considerate lady in question: Pam Brunson.

    Frangos Dips

    Nick Frangos is down to 4,000 after finding himself playing a hand under the gun. He bet on the {8-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {5-Spades} flop after the big blind had checked on his and got a call behind as well as a call from the big blind.

    The big blind got aggressive on the {3-Clubs} turn though and bet out; Frangos was the only caller. Like the big blind bet out on the {5-Clubs} river and Frangos called.

    The big blind turned over {10-?} {8-?} and Frangos couldn't beat it -- down he goes to 4,000 in chips.

    Phil Runs So Good

    Despite arriving three or four hours late, Phil Hellmuth is up to 18,000 already.

    Just now he saw an {8-Spades} {5-Spades} {2-Diamonds} flop and got his opponent all in holding {8-Clubs} {6-Hearts}. Hellmuth was naturally holding {Q-Clubs} {Q-Spades}.

    Turn: {J-Clubs}
    River: {A-Clubs}

    "Phil, you run so good!" his newly-busted opponent laughed.

    Lindgren Going Up

    Erick Lindgren is up to 11,000 after his {A-Clubs} {J-Hearts} was triumphant on a {J-Diamonds} {4-Spades} {3-Clubs} {J-Spades} {A-Hearts} board; his opponent mucked and he raked in the chips.

    Pam Brunson Bullies Mueller

    An enormous three-way pot for Pam Brunson, who played it aggressively enough to push Greg Mueller off what he says was pocket queens.

    A gent in mid-position raised and Brunson reraised in late position. Mueller flatted out of the big blind with, as we've mentioned, his alleged pocket queens, and the original raiser called too.

    Flop: {10-Spades} {J-Diamonds} {2-Hearts}

    It checked around to Brunson who bet, and Mueller raised; the original raiser in mid-position called, and both Mueller and he called the reraise from Brunson. Interesting.

    Once again the action checked around to Brunson on the {6-Hearts} turn and once again she bet; Mueller now decided he was beaten and laid it down. Mr Mid-Position called.

    River - hilariously, provided that Mueller passed pocket queens -- {Q-Diamonds}

    Mr Mid-Position check-called Brunson's bet, and mucked when she turned over {J-Spades} {J-Hearts}.

    "I just bullied Greg Mueller out of a pot," said Brunson happily." "Yeah, retorted Mueller, "She bullied me with top set." Our bully is up to 7,000.

    Cunningham Sinking

    Dreadfulness for Allen Cunningham. We caught up with him on the turn of a {7-Clubs} {K-Diamonds} {Q-Spades} {5-Clubs} board, when he raised from the button to a bet from the small blind.

    The small blind checked the {6-Clubs} river and then called the bet from Cunningham -- and then proceeded to take the pot when his {K-Hearts} {10-Spades} stayed good against Cunningham's {K-?} {8-?}.

    Cunningham is down to just 1,000.
