    Thorsten Schaefer - 8th Place
    Thorsten Schaefer - 8th Place

    Thorsten Schaefer Eliminated in 8th Place ($100,230)

    There was already about 190,000 in the middle following a flop of {3-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}. Faraz Jaka checked, and Thorsten Schaefer checked behind. The turn was the {4-Clubs}. This time Jaka bet 175,000, and Schaefer thought a while before making the call.

    The river was the {Q-Spades}. Jaka made another roughly pot-sized bet, and Schaefer announced he was all in. Jaka instantly called, showing {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for the nut flush. Schaefer turned over {A-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}, and shook hands with everyone as he left in 8th place.

    They are now redrawing for the final seven-handed table, after which they'll be taking a short break.

    Kay Over Schaefer

    Thorstein Schaefer opened with a standard raise from the button, than Robert Kay reraised all in for 920,000 total from the blinds.

    After Kay's chips were counted out, Schaefer went into the tank for three minutes. It would take almost all of his stack to make the call. Finally he let it go.

    Kay is up to 1.25 million, while Schaefer is at 950,000.

    Chip Traps Everywhere

    With the board reading {6-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{Q-Spades}, Sean Keeton checked, Josh Brikis made a bet of 80,000 (about two-thirds the pot), and Keeton announced he was all in. Brikis thought a while, then let it go. Keeton flashed pocket aces as he dragged the pot.

    "Have a queen one time!" Keeton grinned. He's back up to 755,000, though eighth of eight players at the moment. "Guys are trapping me here," said Brikis to friends on the rail, also grinning. He has reason to smile -- he's still comfortably in the chip lead with 3.5 million.

    James St. Hilaire - 9th Place
    James St. Hilaire - 9th Place

    James St. Hilaire Eliminated in 9th Place ($72,446)

    Shorted stacked and in need for chips, St. Hilaire moved all in from the button for his last 250,000 or so. Jonas Wexler thought for a minute and finally made the call.

    St Hilaire: {4-Spades} {4-Hearts}
    Wexler: {Q-Clubs} {7-Diamonds}

    The flop fell {A-Spades} {2-Diamonds} {8-Hearts} . St. Hilaire also held the lead after the turn fell {J-Clubs} . But wouldn't you know it, the same card that crushed his chances a few hands earlier fell again, the dreaded {Q-Hearts} .

    Wexler moves up to around 1.6 million in chips.

    Huge Chip Swing Makes Brikis New Leader

    We just had a massive movement of chips on the turn of a single card over at Table #58. Josh Brikis was all in before the flop with {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades} and up against James St. Hilaire who held {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}.

    The flop was all babies -- {3-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Clubs}. So was the turn, the {4-Clubs}. The came the river -- {Q-Hearts}. Suddenly St. Hilaire has been knocked way down under 300,000, while Brikis catapults into the chip lead with close to 4 million.

    Alex Venovski - 10th Place

    Alex Venovski Eliminated in 10th Place ($72,446)

    Alex Venovski was just all in with {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}, but unfortunately ran into chip leader Faraz Jaka who held {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}.

    The board ran out {3-Spades}{8-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, and Venovski hits the rail in 10th place. Jaka is now up over 2.5 million.

    Rory Mathews - 11th Place
    Rory Mathews - 11th Place

    Rory Mathews Eliminated in 11th Place ($52,296)

    Rory Mathews open shoved for the 2nd time in a row. The first time everyone folded, but this time Jonas Wexler woke up with a hand and went all in himself from the small blind.

    Mathews tabled {K-Spades} {9-Spades} and was in big big trouble against Wexler's {K-Clubs} {K-Hearts} .

    Some "oooh's" and "ahhh's" were heard after the flop came {A-Spades} {3-Diamonds} {4-Spades} , giving Mathews a much needed flush draw to stay alive. The turn and river bricked out {A-Clubs} {8-Diamonds} respectively.

    Wexler is now up over 1.3 million.
