Table Of Contents
Corey Thompson is off to a red-hot start to the 2025 WSOP Online bracelet series, claiming one bracelet and a runner-up finish in the first three events.
The Erie, Pennsylvania poker player, who uses the screen name "Albertcamus," is one of three early bracelet winners across the WSOP Online poker site in the United States.
Konstantin Held Wins Bracelet, Shaun Deeb Pulls Monster Bounty
Konstantin Held ("delaypenalty") kicked things off by winning the $400 Kick Off event, which attracted 2,206 entrants, creating a prize pool of $794,160.
The champion received $97,762, defeating Thompson, whom you'll be reading more about in a bit, heads-up to win the title. Thompson took home $69,806 for his prize pool share among the 421 players who cashed. Ankush Mandavia, a pro with over $6.2 million in live tournament cashes and a World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet, finished in third place for $49,873.
Morgan Magee ("Jammin4Jesus") was the fourth-place finisher, an accomplishment that paid $35,657. Daniel Coen ("goingtwice") rounded out the top five, good for $25,651. PokerNews Podcast co-host Mike Holtz, one of the top performers on WSOP Online for years, reached the final table and received $13,659 for seventh place.

Corey Thompson Finishes it Off This Time
Thompson returned to the virtual felt for the third event. But this time there would be no heads-up loss. He finished it off in the $888 Crazy 8's event, a tournament with 920 entries and $736,000 in the prize pool. The bracelet winner from Pennsylvania earned $136,160, the largest payout among the 120 players who finished in the money.
Thompson made $205,967 total in his two deep runs. He had to earn the bracelet against a stacked final table, including his heads-up opponent, Yuri Dzivielevski, one of the top poker pros in the world. Dzivielevski, a three-time bracelet winner, received $95,753 despite the heads-up defeat. Matt Affleck, another skilled pro, finished in third place for $73,600. The top five was rounded out by Cooper Feltham (fourth place for $55,200) and Jonathan Dokler (fifth place for $36,800).
Thompson is the early frontrunner for WSOP Online Player of the Year.
