Event 9: $10,500 Aussie Millions Main Event Day 1c | 2010 Aussie Millions

Good afternoon and welcome back to our coverage of the 2010 Aussie Millions Main Event! On tap today is the third and final Day 1 flight; the last chance for those who've procrastinated this week to get in on the action. We've already seen 476 players pony up the $10,500 main event buy-in and a big day today entrants wise could mean more broken records for tournament organizers.

Registration will remain open through the first level of play. After that, the cage will close allowing the money people to calculate the prizepool, and once that happens, we'll pass along the information to you.

We expect a big field to bombard the Crown Poker Room this afternoon, and amongst them should be well known local pros Joe Hachem, Tony Hachem, Mark Vos, "The Big Show," Steve Topakas and PokerNews' #1 cycling enthusiast, Tony G.

The cards are scheduled to get in the air around 12:30 p.m. local time and we'll be here for the duration, serving as your eyes and ears on the floor, delivering all of the action as it happens.
