Kyte, Kang Show Big Pairs; Reid Bombs the River on Mamut

Level 30 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Jon Kyte raised to 1,200,000 under the gun as action folded around to Andrew Kang who gave up his big blind. "He said call," Kyte joked with the dealer as he flashed 1010 and took the pot.

Kang moved all in from the small blind the next hand, and Kyte folded in the big blind. Kang showed KK.

Nikolai Mamut then opened to 240,000 in the hijack and Terrance Reid called in the big blind.

The flop came 1093 and Mamut bet 260,000. Reid called and the 9 fell on the turn.

Reid then led out for 525,000, and Mamut called to see the 5 fall on the river. Reid then bet 1,200,000.

Mamut spent around a minute considering the decision, but he eventually folded and Reid took the pot.

Level 30 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Marc Foggin
Marc Foggin

Toby Lewis raised to 250,000 on the button and Marc Foggin announced all in for just over 2,000,000 in the small blind. Nikolai Mamut folded his big blind and Lewis snap-called.

Marc Foggin: AKAll in
Toby Lewis: AJ

The flop came J32 and it was a role reversal as Lewis took over the lead with a pair of jacks. The 4 on the turn and the 8 on the river provided no help for Foggin who was eliminated in seventh place.

Lewis Takes His Frustration Out with Aggression

Level 29 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Toby Lewis just stepped away from the table during a lengthy hand and became frustrated to find out that nobody at the table called him back when the next hand began; thus, his hand was declared dead.

On the next hand, Jon Kyte raised to 200,000 on the button and Terrance Reid three-bet to 705,000 from the small blind. Lewis four-bet shoved all in for around 3,600,000 and Kyte disappointedly threw his cards to the muck. Reid also took some time and his cards landed in the same place.

The next hand, Mamut opened to 200,000 on the button and Andrew Kang called in the big blind.

Lewis Strikes Back

Level 29 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Marc Foggin opened to 200,000 from under the gun and Toby Lewis defended from the big blind. The flop came A106 and both players checked to the 5 on the turn.

Lewis led out with a full pot-sized bet of 500,000 and Foggin stuck around for the Q on the river. Lewis checked this time and Foggin quickly knuckled it back. Lewis whipped over A6 for two pair and that was plenty enough to claim back some of the chips that he just lost.
