Mazzarelli Shoves the Turn on Eriquezzo

Level 11 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Christian Mazzarelli
Christian Mazzarelli

Christian Mazzarelli and Ryan Eriquezzo built a pot of around 80,000 as they went heads-up to the 1010Q flop. Eriquezzo then bet 30,000 from the small blind, and Mazzarelli called in middle position.

Eriquezzo slowed down and checked the K turn, and Mazzarelli moved all in for around 90,000. Eriquezzo snap-folded.

At another table, Joseph Faragi shared a bad beat he took earlier. "I had ace-jack and the flop came ace-ace-ten. How do I get away from that? He had ace-ten," Faragi said.

Faragi currently sits with 75,500. "I might be able to last until break," he said.

Frank Lupi

An early-position player raised to 9,000 before Frank Lupi moved all in from middle position. The table folded back around, and the early-position player called for 90,000.

All-In Player: AK All in
Frank Lupi: QQ

It was a classic flip, and Lupi ended up hitting a full house on the 2737Q board to win the pot and send his opponent to the rail.

"This is a bad ass f**king table, I'll tell you that," Lupi said.

McGuinness Raises Out Himmelbrand, Takes Out Another

Level 11 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

John McGuinness raised to 6,000 under the gun and Greg Himmelbrand three-bet to 19,000 in the hijack. The big blind called all in for his last 15,000, while McGuinness also called.

The flop came 735 and Himmelbrand continued for 20,000. McGuinness then raised to 50,000, and Himmelbrand took a minute before folding.

All-in Player: 32 All in
John McGuinness: Q9

The 6 turn improved McGuinness to a flush, and the at-risk player was drawing dead going to the Q river as McGuinness scored the knockout.

Nick Rigby
Nick Rigby

A player in the big blind moved all in for 40,000 on a flop of 928 and Nicholas Rigby put her at risk on the button.

All-in Player: 93 All in
Nicholas Rigby: 98

Rigby had flopped top two pair to take a big lead in the pot, but the 10 turn gave his opponent some hope with a flush draw. The river Q was no help, and Rigby stayed in the lead to earn the bustout.

Tilghman Gets Even With Cheng

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Ben Tilghman bet 5,000 from under the gun on a flop of 862 and Michael Cheng raised to 13,000 in the cutoff. Tilghman called, and the 6 fell on the turn.

Cheng then bet another 13,000, but Tilghman came back with a raise to 32,000. Cheng immediately moved all in, and Tilghman called for 64,000.

Cheng showed 82 for two pair, but Tilghman had turned trips with A6. The river was the A and Tilghman improved to a full house to win the pot and double up.

"We're even. Now we can all go home," Tilghman, who was on the receiving end of Cheng's double up with the nut straight earlier in the day, said.

Stand Up Trick Doesn't Work Against Buber

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Yusuf Buber moved all in for 36,500 in the cutoff and an opponent in middle position called to put him at risk.

Yusuf Buber: AK All in
Opponent: KK

Buber had run into kings and needed an ace to stay alive as his opponent stood up from his seat. The flop, though, came A57 to give Buber the lead with top pair.

"I was trying to block that," his opponent joked as he sat back down. The rest of the board ran out 68 and Buber doubled up.

Alexander Picks Up Jacks to Double Off Lupi

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Frank Lupi raised to 5,000 in middle position before a player in the hijack three-bet to 11,000. John Alexander then four-bet to 35,000 in the cutoff and Lupi emphatically slammed in a stack of chips for an all-in shove. The hijack got out of the way, but Alexander called for 86,500.

John Alexander: JJ All in
Frank Lupi: 1010

"Feel free to give me a ten," Lupi pleaded with the dealer.

"Then a jack," Alexander added. The 664 flop had neither, but Alexander hit a full house on the J turn to leave Lupi drawing dead.

"Give him four jacks," Lupi said, and the 5 fell on the river to secure the double up for Alexander.
