Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

With about 40,000 already in the middle and the board reading 755Q8, "Absir" had bet 24,000 in position only for Sylvain Cisterna to move all in with a covering stack from the small blind. "Absir", who had committed more than three quarters of his stack already, went into the tank.

After about three minutes Absir folded, leaving himself with under ten big blinds while Cisterna scooped a massive pot without showdown.

"Belmehdi" Takes from Boughrara

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

"Belmehdi" opened to 2,000 from the hijack and Rachid Boughrara three-bet to 5,800 from the big blind. "Belmehdi" made the call.

The flop came A64 and Boughrara bet 8,000. "Belmehdi" made the call.

Both players checked the 9 turn leading to the 10 river. Boughrara bet 13,000 and once again "Belmehdi" called.

Boughrara showed down KK but the pocket kings were no good as "Belmehdi" revealed AQ for a pair of aces to take the pot and make a small dent in Boughrara's stack.

Meanwhile, at another table, Iryna Tsikhanskaya was recently eliminated.
