Here's a look at some highlights from the first two levels of play:
Benjamin Leblond raised from under the gun, and Dominykas Mikolaitis called from the small blind.
On the J♥9♣4♠ flop, Mikolaitis check-raised to 29,000 over Leblond's continuation bet. Leblond three-bet to 75,000 before Mikolaitis clicked it to 150,000. Leblond jammed for 380,000 and was snap-called by the slightly bigger stack.
Benjamin Leblond: J♣J♦
Dominykas Mikolaitis: 9♥9♦
Both players flopped sets, with Leblond leaving Mikolaitis with one out. Leblond's double was confirmed after the 6♠ turn and 2♠ river.
Aleksandr Kirichenko raised to 7,000 from under the gun, and Paulo Drummond answered with a three-bet to 22,000 on his immediate left.
Action folded back around to Kirichenko, who made the call and checked the A♥5♦A♣ flop. Drummond continued for 9,000, producing another call from Kirichenko.
The 4♦ turn saw Kirichenko check once more, and Drummond fired again for 35,000. That was enough to take the pot, as Kirichenko slid his cards into the muck.
A big three-way pot brewed on a board of 10♠7♣K♥7♦. Dylan Smith and Vladislav Vyuzhanin checked and Rania Nasreddine bet 60,000 with around 250,000 already in the middle. Both opponents called.
Smith and Vyuzhanin checked again on the 9♥ river and Nasreddine bet a hefty 215,000. Smith check-raised all in and Vyuzhanin folded before Nasreddine followed suit.
Vinicius Camargo raised to 7,000 second to act. Manuel Alvarez three-bet to 15,000 from the cutoff, and Camargo called when the action folded back to him.
Camargo check-called for 8,000 on the 10♦9♦6♠ flop, but was forced out with a bet of 22,000 on the 5♠ turn.
Michael Loncar opened to 7,000 from early position, and called when Rania Nasreddine made it 17,000 from the hijack.
Loncar check-folded to a bet of 10,000 on the A♠7♣3♥ flop.
George Birbichadze checked the 4♣3♣A♦2♥ turn in the small blind, and Tony Parker checked behind in the hijack.
Birbichadze led out for 19,000 on the 5♥ river, with a wheel on board. Parker took a moment and let his hand go.
"I think you chop, you shouldn't fold," offered Jon Kyte to Parker from the other side of the table.
Birbichadze turned over 6♠5♦, giving Parker some piece of mind.
"Good fold," said Kyte as Birbichadze collected the pot.
