giving Scott the double to just over 4,000.

Diamonds Prove a Girl's Best Friend

A midposition raise to 900 was flat-called by British pro Paul Parker before the lady behind him moved all-in for an additional 3,000 more. The original raiser folded and after a minute or so, Parker made the call with {10-Spades}

and was up against {A-Diamonds}

, which got there by the river of a {7-Diamonds}

board.
