Tommy Vedes raised to 165,000 from late position, then Jesse Haabak pushed all in for a total of 1.386 million from the button. The blinds folded, and Vedes called.
Haabak showed and Vedes . The flop was . The turn then brought the , and extra added tension for Haabak -- he now had to fade a heart to survive.
The river came the , and Haabak is still in with his stack of a little over 1.4 million. Vedes is just under 10 million right now.

Eric Buchman raised to 165,000 from early position. Jonathan Tamayo called from the button seat and then Grayson Ramage called out of the big blind.
Action checked on every street by all three players on the board of . Ramage turned over and his opponents both mucked.
Before the flop, Antonio Esfandiari raised it up to 160,000, and he found three callers including both blinds. The flop came out , and the blinds checked it over. Esfandiari continued out with a bet of 420,000, enough to fold one player behind him. From the small blind though, our man of all ins, Hung Pham, did it again. With 1,090,000 chips in his stack, Pham shoved in, and the big blind quickly ducked out.
Esfandiari was not so quick to act though, leaning back in his chair and shooting a grin across the table. "I got a bad feeling. In every respect. Spritually, financially... " He cocked his head to the side and added, "But if I bust you..."
"Bust him!" came a cry from the rail, followed quickly by a warning from the floor person. Esfandiari responded, "I know, I know. But I don't have anything!" With that, he returned his cards to the muck, and Pham picks up a big chunk of easy chips. He's now well over the 2,000,000-chip mark, and he still hasn't shown a hand down here at the featured table.
From the rail came another voice, "You need to raise more preflop, Antonio! One sixty isn't enough!" Another warning from the floor person.
Phil Ivey
Phil Ivey made a button raise to 150,000 and Luis Nargentino three-bet to 460,000. Ivey came back over the top for 1,160,000 and Nargentino called.
Nargentino checked the flop. Ivey bet 1.2 million and Nargentino folded. Ivey has now passed 10 million in chips.
Looks like that little tilt-walk worked for Steven Begleiter as he just recovered all the chips he lost when he doubled up Manuel Labandeira.
Marco Mattes opened for 150,000 from early position, Tommy Vedes flat-called on the button and Begleiter reraised to 405,000 from the small blind. Both players called.
The flop was . Begleiter lead out for 700,000. Both players folded and Begleiter won the pot, taking his stack back up to 6,450,000.
In a case of "Who Will Blink First?", Kevin Schaffel was the last man standing. Marc McLaughlin opened his button to 150,000. Schaffel then re-raised from the small blind to 425,000. That passed the action to big blind Billy Kopp, who put in a raise of his on to 1.385 million. That was enough to fold McLaughlin but Schaffel responded by moving all in for 4 million. Kopp folded.

Jason Brice and Eric Buchman found all of the money in the middle rather quickly. Buchman held and was dominating Brice's .
The flop came down , keeping Buchman in the lead. The turn brought a nice sweat to things when the rolled off. The river was the though and Buchman doubled up.
Buchman rarely, if ever, shows emotion at the table, but after the hit the river, he pumped his fist in the air yelling, "Yes!"
Buchman is back up to 2.1 million while Brice dropped to 900,000.
Billy Kopp opened for 150,000 from the hijack seat and Phil Ivey made the call from the cutoff.
Both players checked the flop and checked again when the hit the turn. The river was the and Kopp bet 225,000. Ivey raised to 700,000 and Kopp gave up his hand, Ivey raking in the pot.
The hand took Ivey's stack up to 8.63 million. Kopp is still the chip leader with 15,650,000.
Adam Bilzerian - 47th Place
Joseph Ward raised to 160,000 from the cutoff, and Adam Bilzerian reraised all in for 2 million from the small blind. Ward only had Bilzerian covered by about 100,000, but didn't hesitate to make the call.
Bilzerian
Ward
The board came , and Bilzerian is out in 47th place. Ward moves up to 4.2 million.
For the second hand in a row, Manuel Labandeira moved all in for his remaining 815,000 but this time Steven Begleiter looked him up from the big blind.
Labandeira
Begleiter
The flop came down . The turn was the , but the spiked on the river to double Labandeira up to 1,800,000.
So frustrated was Begleiter with the two-outer that he left the table to walk it off, missing the next three hands. He's still on 5.65 million in chips.
