With an A as the exposed burn card, the action was picked up David Tarbet was all in for his remaining 3,000 in a pot of 5,900 in the under the gun position. Ewen Trevidy called the bet and as did Robert Wirth and Jurgen Petelkau from the button.

Jurgen Petelkau: AKQJ

A set over set situation between Trevidy and Tarbet saw both players trying to fade Petelkau's nut club flush draw.

The turn brought a J giving Trevidy a possible running heart flush draw.

As the 10 hit the river, Trevidy lead the whole time and improved to a flush to eliminate Tarbet, and stacked a majority of Petelkau's chips as he was eliminated shortly after.

David Prociak, who last year finished third in this event and was seventh in the WSOP Player of the Year standings thanks to six cashes (plus six online), says his series is not going as planned thus far.

"It's been terrible," he said with a chuckle. "I'm down $40,000.

"But it's OK. It'll be all right.

Prociak, who has won three bracelets, has two cashes this year, finishing 52nd in Event #8: $1,500 Dealers Choice and 58th in Event 15: $1,500 Mixed PLO Hi-Lo 8/Omaha Hi Lo 8/Big O.

Set For Cheezum

Level 5 : 300/500, 500 ante

Players battling for a bracelet saw a duel between the blinds, as action folded around to Jeffrey Cheezum in the small blind he bet out 1,500. Andrew Soehnlen made the call for a partial discount in the big blind.

A flop came 2J7 and both players checked.

The turn brought more chips to the pot as the 8 rolled off and Cheezum bet 2,000 and was called by Soehnlen.

A river of 6 saw both players check and Cheezum showed the JJQ10 and Soehnlen mucked his cards.

Hi-Lo Hand Scoops It for Li

Level 5 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Crescencio Virgen raised pot to 1,800 from early position, only for Robert Lupo to three-bet to 4,400 from middle position. Action was folded to Pei Li in the big blind who raised the pot, making it 14,700. Virgen folded, and Lupo called.

The flop came 752 and Li instantly had his remaining 7,400 in the middle pretty much before the dealer had turned the last flop card. Lupo called.

Pei Li: AK32All in
Robert Lupo: A10J5

"Are we not playing Hi-Lo?" asked Li jokingly as he tabled his cards.

The 8 came on the turn, and then the K on the river which gave Li the nut flush and shipped him the pot, leaving Lupo with dust.
