2025 World Series of Poker
With a pot of 4,200 in the middle and a flop of A♦7♦2♣, Brad Owen bet 8,000 and Robert Hart raised all in for his remaining 13,500 and Owen called from the button.
Robert Hart: A♣9♣8♥2♠
Brad Owen: A♠Q♦5♠4♦
Hart was in the lead heading to the turn with two pair, and Owen holding the nut flush draw and a gut-shot straight draw looked to improve to eliminate Hart.
The turn brought a change in the lead with the 4♥ giving Owen two pair. Hart needed to fade a diamond, a deuce or a straight card to stay alive.
Fade he could not as the 2♥ gave Hart a full house to best his opponent's two pair and doubled through Owen.
With the pot already over 12,000 and on the 9♥3♥7♣ flop Gabriel Andrade bet out for 5,000, only for Joshua Hardwick to three-bet all in for 12,300 and then Ruslan Dykshteyn to four-bet all in for 17,800. Andrade called.
Joshua Hardwick: 9♣9♦Q♦10♥
Ruslan Dykshteyn: A♣Q♣9♠J♥
Gabriel Andrade: K♣K♥A♦3♠
The turn came the 8♠, and when the 4♥ brick came on the river, Hardwick trebled up but Andrade won the side pot to send Dykshteyn packing.
Christopher Vitch, who won this event in 2024, has arrived. Vitch took a seat during Level 6, shortly before the break.

Though he had been at the table for just six minutes, Brian Breck was was hoping to triple-up with his first good hand. He called Benjamin Armstrong's 22,00-chip raise with his entire stack of 20,000. Felix Borden called as well.
When the flop hit 4♦3♣Q♠ Armstrong went all in with his last 21,700 chips. Borden folded, leaving Breck and Armstrong heads up on the turn and river.
Brian Breck: A♥K♠9♣8♥
Benjamin Armstrong: [kdkc10hd]
The turn and river came J♠J♣ and Breck had none of the board and couldn't beat Armstrong's queens.
It took just nine minutes for Breck to go from check-in to exit and reentry. He got his new starting stack just before the break.
