Greg Mueller opened to 300,000 from under the gun and Junjie Tang called on the button as Justin Manjares called in the small blind.
Manjares checked on the flop of 3♠10♦9♦ and Mueller continued for 400,000. Both opponents called. Manjares and Mueller then checked on the 6♥ turn, and Tang bet 1,200,00. Manjares check-jammed a stack of 3,450,000 to put Mueller in the blender.
"This is a ridiculous spot," Mueller said as he tanked for several minutes.
Mueller eventually folded and Tang called.

Manjares had run into top set and couldn't hit his straight as the 2♠ river bricked off to mark his elimination. But it was Mueller who was celebrating more than Tang as he revealed he folded pocket jacks.
"Sometimes a fold feels like a win," Mueller said.
Everybody folded to Jeff Weiss in the small blind, who raised to 275,000. Naixuan Shi defended from the big blind.
Weiss bet 150,000 on the 5♦2♠2♦ flop, and Shi raised to 300,000. Weiss called, then check-called when Shi bet 800,000 on the 4♣ turn.
Weiss checked the K♣ river. Shi counted his stack and moved all in for 1,090,000. Weiss snap-called.

John O'Neal in the hijack raised to 240,000 and called when Antonio Galiana in the cutoff three-bet to 720,000.
The dealer fanned a flop of K♥J♦5♥ and Galiana continued for 650,000. O'Neal check-called.
O'Neal led out for 750,000 on the 9♥ turn. Galiana called to find the 5♣ river.
O'Neal announced all-in for 3,000,000 with A♥J♣ but saw Galiana snap-call with K♦K♣ for full house to send him to the rail.
Tyler Gaston raised to 300,000 in the hijack and picked up two callers, including Dutch Boyd on the button and Arturas Astrauskas in the big blind. On the K♥8♥7♥ flop, the action checked to Gaston, and he bet 375,000. Boyd then raised to 900,000 and Astrauskas folded.
Gaston inquired how many chips Boyd had behind and vaulted out of his chair to get a closer look. Boyd had around 2,400,000 behind his raise, and Gaston tanked for two minutes before he moved all in. After short consideration, Boyd called and the cards were flipped over.

Gaston was ahead with his top and bottom pair, needing to avoid any hearts for the time being. Boyd picked up more outs when he paired up on the A♣ turn, but the 10♦ river was a blank.
Todd Brunson openeed to 325,000 first to act and it was folded to Shreesh Hebbar, who moved all in for a bit under 3,000,000 from the hijack. Brunson snap-called after action folded back to him and hands were revealed.

Heads-up in a blind versus blind battle, Virgile Turchi called from the small blind and Lauri Saaskilahti raised enough to put Turchi all in for his last 1,700,000. Turchi snap-called to put himself at risk.

Turchi had Saaskilahti crushed with his Cowboys, but had a sweat after the J♣3♠5♣ flop paired Saaskilahti's jack.
The 6♠ turn changed nothing, but the 9♠ river got a collective groan from players at the table as it had improved Saaskilahti to two pair for the elimination on a bad beat.
After securing the pay jump a few minutes ago, Benjamin Morgan was all-in and at risk on the outer tables against Tianle Wang.

"Amazing play with the kings. You were free-rolling. I didn't want to tell you at the time because it would give you more confidence. Unreal play," Greg Mueller told Scott, harking back to his aces versus kings encounter earlier.
