Foxen Continues to Build

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Alex Foxen
Alex Foxen

Alex Foxen Raised to 26,000 from the hijack and then called the 70,000 three-bet from the button player.

The {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{a-Spades} flop saw Foxen check-call the 100,000 continuation bet from his opponent and the {4-Clubs} turn was checked by both players bringing the {8-Hearts} river.

Foxen this time led out for 65,000 and his opponent called only to fold after Foxen showed {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} to win the pot.

Sitepu Sends Cheong to the Rail

Level 18 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Joseph Cheong
Joseph Cheong

Joseph Cheong got his last 70,000 all in preflop from the hijack and Sandhy Sitepu isolated by jamming all in over the top for around 140,000 from the cutoff. The button and blinds all got out of the way and the hands were turned up.

Sandhy Sitepu: {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Joseph Cheong: {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}

Cheong was looking to hold to stay alive, but that proved easier said than done as the {k-Spades}{a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop paired Sitepu. Neither the {a-Diamonds} turn nor {6-Spades} river helped Cheong and he was eliminated in 171st place for $7,860.

Harwood Sends One Packing With Cowboys

Level 18 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Loni Harwood
Loni Harwood

Action folded to the cutoff player who raised all in for roughly 30,000 and Loni Harwood called from the button.

Opponent: {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Loni Harwood: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

Harwood was ahead with her made hand and it stayed that way after the {8-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{10-Hearts} flop paired her opponents ten.

The {6-Clubs} turn did give Harwood a pretty good sweat as it gave her opponent straight and flush draws, but the {4-Hearts} completed the board on the river and ended their tournament.

Trio Bust in Same Hand to Burst Money Bubble

Level 18 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Poker News
Poker News

During hand-for-hand play, whenever there was an all-in and a call, action was paused at the table. In just the second hand of hand-for-hand play, there were four all-ins situations at four different tables, with just one resulting in a double-up.

At the far end of the room, there was all-in action preflop between Andrew Kagan from the small blind and Taus Lilius from the button with Kagan's stack at risk.

Andrew Kagan: {j-}{j-}
Taus Lilius: {k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

Kagan was ahead with his made hand of jacks until the {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} flop fell pairing the king of Lilius. The {8-Diamonds} turn left Kagan needing the case jack to stay alive but the {q-Diamonds} completed the board on the river and ended his tournament.

At another table, Robert McLaughlin was all in for 60,000 with the {a-Spades}{k-Spades} and way ahead of [Removed:499]'s {k-Clubs}{10-Spades}. However, the board ran out {7-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{10-Hearts} for the brutal river beat to send McLaughlin out the door.

Finally, Ran Ilani was all in and racing for his tournament life against Phachara Wongwichit.

Ran Ilani: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Phachara Wongwichit: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

Ilani was looking to improve to stay alive, but that proved easier said than done as the board ran out {6-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}.

Just like that three players hit the rail to burst the money bubble.
