Khai-boshed

On the button, Jarred Graham made it 2,100 to go and found a caller in Julian Powell from the small blind and Khai Le who had limped in the cut off.

The three checked the {6-Spades}{j-Hearts}{5-Clubs} flop.

Powell made a bet of 4,500 when the {7-Spades} hit the turn. Le made the call and Graham folded.

Powell checked the {4-Diamonds} river and Le fired off a bet of 6,075 which Powell called.

Powell's turned set was no match for Le's {j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} straight. Powell is down to 14,300 while Le now has 42,600.

Shak (during High Rollers Challenge): on track
On a flop that read {10-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}, Dan Shak checked to Damian Harman who led out for 1,500. Shak check-raised to 4,000 and Harman called before the dealer produced the {4-Spades} on the turn.

Shak led out for 6,000 and Harman called, then Shak opened for 8,000 on the river {10-Spades}. Harman made the call, revealing {a-Spades}{8-Spades} but was outkicked by Shak's {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}.

Shak is up to 58,000 while Harman is down to 26,200.

Hansen's Style of Play Gets Chips

On a board reading {q-Spades}{j-Spades}{2-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}, Gus Hansen fired a bet of 3,250 into Antonis "Toothpick Tony" Kambouroglou.

Kambouroglou deliberated over the decision for a minutes before making the call, only to be shown {K-Clubs}{K-Spades} by Hansen.

As Hansen raked in the pot, Kambouroglou slowly began to muck his cards before deciding to flash his {K-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} at Hansen and mutter, "see, this is what I call you with!"

Hansen's eyes opened a little wider and then he shrugged his shoulders before continuing to rake in the pot and stack his chips.

It is no surprise that Kambouroglou made the call against Hansen with just king high, as Hansen is known for his loose-aggressive style. That coupled with his little nap earlier in the day might be working for Hansen as he is up to 70,000 in chips.

Hansen Picks Tony Off

Catching this hand on the turn, there was about 6,000 in the pot and the board read {5-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades}.

Antonis "Toothpick Tony" Kambouroglou checked from the big blind and Gus Hansen, on the button, made a bet of 4,200, which Tony called.

Tony checked the {10-Hearts} river and Hansen went into the tank before making a bet of 11,650. Tony called and Hansen revealed {4-Spades}{5-Spades} for the straight.

Tony showed another player his cards and mucked, but another player at the table asked to see them. A floor man was called over and Tony's hand was revealed {A-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}.

Hansen is up to 57,000.

Thomas Takes On Durrrr

Luke Thomas raised preflop to 1,200, only to see Tom Dwan reraise to 3,950. Thomas called and it was heads-up to the flop of {j-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{3-Spades}.

Thomas checked to Dwan who fired out 3,625. Thomas called and they checked the turn of the {2-Spades}.

Thomas then checked the river {3-Diamonds}; Dwan went into the tank for about two minutes, cutting out chips for a bet but eventually checked.

"You got me," he said, turning up {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}. Thomas rolled up {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}, the king-high good enough to take the pot.

Thomas is up to 54,000 in chips while Dwan drops to 95,000.
