2025 BSOP Super High Roller Series
Heads-up on a board of 9♥3♠9♣K♦, Edmilson Silva bet 175,000 from the cutoff and Marcelo Aziz called in the big blind.
The river was the 7♠ and Silva bet another 105,000. Aziz again called, and Silva showed A♥9♠ for trips to win the pot.
In a preflop battle, Bernardo Soares got his stack of 1,400,000 in the middle from the hijack as Isabella Costa put him at risk on the button.
Bernardo Soares: A♥A♠
Isabella Costa: K♦K♥
Nearly 3,000,000 was at stake as Soares woke up with two aces against Costa's kings. The board ran out 3♠3♥4♠9♣9♦ and Soares earned the massive double up, leaving Costa nursing a short stack.
Martin Kabrhel opened to 50,000 in middle position, and was met by a 160,000 three-bet from Igor Perez in the cutoff. The action folded back to Kabrhel, who called.
Kabrhel checked over to the preflop aggressor on the 3♥J♠9♥ flop, who bet 100,000. Again, Kabrhel called.
When the 9♦ turn joined the board, Kabrhel opted to lead out for 410,000. That was enough to see Perez concede the pot, as he returned his cards to the dealer.
Thiago Flausino raised to 55,000 under the gun, Alcioni Pollermann three-bet to 175,000 in the small blind, and Flausino called.
The flop came 9♦8♦5♦ and Pollermann bet 100,000. Flausino called, and they both checked the 6♠ turn.
Pollermann also checked the 4♦ river, and Flausino then bet 225,000. Pollermann folded this time.
When the action folded to Victor Onizuka in middle position, he moved all in for 305,000. Dante Goya made the call in the big blind.
Victor Onizuka: 4♥4♦
Dante Goya: A♦10♣
The 3♦Q♦10♦ flop left Onizuka with just two outs. The deck was unforthcoming as the K♠ turn and Q♥ river completed the board, seeing Onizuka eliminated.
Pedro Grochocki raised to 50,000 in the hijack and Leandro Prinz three-bet to 250,000 in the small blind. Grochocki then moved all in, and Prinz called for 800,000.
Leandro Prinz: Q♦Q♠
Pedro Grochocki: J♠J♣
Prinz had Grochocki dominated with his queens, and the board ran out 10♣7♠6♠6♦9♠ to earn him the double up.
Martin Kabrhel kicked the action off with a raise to 50,000 in the hijack, before Joao Simao moved all in on the button for 220,000. Vladas Tamasauskas responded with a four-bet to 390,000 from the small blind, and the action folded back to Kabrhel.
Kabrhel moved all in, and Tamasauskas snap-called.
Joao Simao: A♦10♣
Vladas Tamasauskas: Q♥Q♦
Martin Kabrhel: 7♠7♣
It was immediate service for Kabrhel, as the K♥3♣7♦ flop saw him take a commanding lead.
The J♦ turn provided some home for Simao, but the J♠ river only served to improve Kabrhel to a full house, eliminating both of his opponents.
Raul Galliamov moved all in for 405,000 on the button, and Guangbiao Wu put him at risk in the big blind.
Raul Galliamov: A♦10♠
Guangbiao Wu: A♠K♦
Galliamov was dominated, and the 7♠9♥3♥6♣5♥ board offered no help as Wu's king-kicker continued to play to send Galliamov to the rail.
