Around 500,000 was already in the middle when Lauri Saaskilahti and Hugo Gotuzzo went to the turn on a board of J♥2♠8♥9♦. Gotuzzo then bet 500,000 from the big blind, and Saaskilahti called on the button.

Gotuzzo checked the 9♥ river and Saaskilahti bet 500,000. Gotuzzo used up several time banks before he stood up from his chair and tossed in a chip to signify a call.

The turn was the 8♥ and Bel Khayate bet another 250,000. Garcia again called and the Q♥ fell on the river. Bel Khayate then bet 525,000.

Garcia leaned back in his seat and let out a deep sigh as Bel Khayate already began celebrating. Garcia eventually called and Bel Khayate showed J♣J♠, but Garcia had 9♦9♣ for a set to win the pot.

Uguccioni then bet another 125,000 and Zaffagnini again called. The river was the 7♦ and Uguccioni slid forward a tower of green 25,000 chips for a bet of 500,000. Zaffagnini snap-called.

Uguccioni turned over A♠3♥, while Zaffagnini had Q♥J♣ for a straight to win the pot.

After the hand, a tournament official arrived at the table to warn the players about taking too long each hand, threatening to reduce their time to act to five seconds if it continues.

"That's why there's a time bank. You can't do that," Leo Worthington-Leese protested.

A few hands later at this table, Petrus Brandt got in his last 370,000 from the big blind and was up against Alexandros Michas in the small blind.
