Players are on the first break of the day, and they'll return to play in 15 minutes.
With 5♥A♣4♦5♠ on the board, a player in the big blind bet 4,500 into a pot of about 9,400. Alan Percal asked to see what he had back, which was 13,800. He then called. On the K♣ river, both players checked.
Percal flicked in 7x7x and it was good.

Ken Baime bet what looked like 1,800 from late position on Q♦Q♣7♥6♦. An opponent in the blinds called, bringing a K♦ and a quick check. Baime fired again for 7,000 and won the pot without showdown.
He's nearly back to a starting stack despite losing a huge chunk in the early cooler.
Jim Decker was in the big blind holding K♥K♣ and had another opponent coolered, this time a player in early position with Q♠Q♣ and about 11,000 remaining in his stack. The 3♦10♥6♥5♥A♥ board only improved Decker to a flush, and he added to an already massive stack.

On a flop of 6♥A♠J♥, action was heavy with Ken Baime leading the way with a pot-sized bet of 3,200 out of the hijack. Big blind Jim Decker made it 10,000, an early player cold-called, and Baime jammed with a covering stack. Decker snap-called, and the early player wasn't far behind with the effective stack of 26,100.
Decker: 6♦6♣
Early position: A♥7♥
Baime: A♦J♠
Baime was in a really rough spot with an ace dead on top of being coolered. The 2♣ and 7♣ didn't provide meaningful help to anyone. Baime paid Decker an extra 7,700.
With a little more than 5,000 in the middle on the river, Jordan Miller bet 4,000 from the small blind. The board read J♠10♣3♦A♠A♣, and his opponent on the button tossed in a call after a brief think. Miller tabled AxJx for the nut full house and scooped up the pot.
Elsewhere, Ken Baime is off to a hot start with almost two starting stacks.
