Bronshtein Bluffs

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Yuval Bronshtein limped under the gun for 400. Daniel Blum made it 1,500 from the cutoff. Mark Gunterman called from the button. Bronshtein then three-bet to 6,900. Both opponents called.

The three players saw the flop of {5-Clubs}{j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}. Bronshtein led for 10,800. Blum folded and Gunterman called.

The turn was the {2-Hearts}. Bronshtein then placed a green chip in the middle for a bet of 25.000. Gunterman went deep into the tank and thought it over for several minutes. Finally as the players from the table started to get ancy and stand up to stretch, he folded.

Bronshtein showed the {a-Clubs}{9-Spades} for the bluff and took down the pot.

O'Neal Spikes the River to Bust One

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Brendon O'Neal and an opponent got all their chips in the middle on the turn with the board showing {6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}.

All-in Player: {9-}{3-}
Brendon O'Neal: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

The all-in player had flopped two pair, but O'Neal had top pair and a flush draw. The river brought the {7-Diamonds}, completing O'Neal's flush as his opponent slammed the table in frustration before making a quick exit from the tournament area.

Smith Outlasts Crowded Flop

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Dan Smith raised to 900 from under the gun and two players in middle position called. Action folded to the big blind for a call and the flop came {7-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}.

All four players checked the flop and the turn was {j-Hearts}. The big blind checked and Smith bet 1,500. Both middle position players called and the big blind got out of the way.

The river was {2-Diamonds} and Smith bet 15,000. The early player in middle position folded and his counterpart went briefly into the tank before sending his hand into the muck. Smith took down the pot and moved back above the starting stack.

Kelsall Jams Up His Shorter Stack

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Heads-up to the {9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop, Andrew Kelsall bet out of the big blind and then faced a raise to 9,200, which he called. The {k-Hearts} turn was quickly checked through and Kelsall jammed the {9-Clubs} river. His opponent motioned to get a count and Kelsall quickly did the duty to determine it was for 25,200 total. No call followed as Kelsall's opponent briefly flashed the cards before sending them into the muck.

Saechao Gets His Payback

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante
Kao Saechao
Kao Saechao

Kao "Flexx" Saechao limped in early position. Another player limped in middle position but when the action got to the player in the cutoff he raised it up to 1,800. The player in the big blind smooth called. Saechao then moved all-in for 26,400. It folded back to the player in the cutoff.

"Are you on tilt?", he asked Saechao trying to get a read on his opponent. Apparently, they went head to head in a previous hand where Saechao laid down pocket queens in a tough spot.

The player in the cutoff eventually called the all-in of Saechao and the player in the big blind let his hand go.

Kao Saechao: {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Opponent: {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades}

The board ran out {9-Spades}{2-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{3-Spades}{8-Clubs}. Saechao's pocket queens remained the best hand and he scored a double to bring him back to just about starting stack.
