It's Not a Bluff

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Action was picked up with Nicholas Rigby with 97 and Dimitrios Kilintaris 65 engaged in a pot of 50,000 and a board of 6376.

Rigby had top pair but couldn't beat Kilintaris' trips on the turn. Rigby checked, and Kilintaris bet 25,000. Rigby, not believing that his opponent had the goods, said, "That's a bluff," then made the call.

The river 10 fell and Kilintaris, after a check, shoved all-in for 66,500. Rigby called just to see that Kilintaris did have the goods.

Stokes Snaps Off Puchol

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Nancy Stokes and Alvaro Puchol saw a flop of 510J when Stokes bet 11,500 from the button. Alvaro Puchol then moved all in from the big blind and Stokes snap-called for her last 53,000.

Nancy Stokes: AJ All in
Alvaro Puchol: A8

Stokes was ahead with her top pair, but she needed to dodge Puchol's nut flush draw. The 8 turn gave Puchol more outs with a pair, but Stokes dodged the 5 river and doubled up.

Naves Doubles Through Hesse

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Tauan Naves
Tauan Naves

Peter Gurney raised to 3,500 in first position and Stephen Hesse called on the button. In the small blind, Tauan Naves moved all in for 33,500 and Lauren Bunch in the big blind pondered her decision for a bit before folding. Gurney folded and Hesse called to put Naves at risk.

Tauan Naves: QQ All in
Stephen Hesse: JJ

The board ran out 3793Q and the queens full was good for Naves to double up at the expense of Hesse.

Avdee Goes Too Thin on the River

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

On a board of K28, both Michael Avdee and Kajetan Renke put in 12,000 each to see the 5 turn, where both checked.

The river brought a J and after just a few seconds, Avdee fired 12,000 from early position. Renke was in the cutoff and called within a second.

The call was so fast the Avdee was unaware it had even been made, but once the dealer confirmed it, Avdee flipped AJ for a rivered pair of jacks. Renke had that beat with his K7 for a pair kings, and he scooped the pot

Double for Bullimore

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

From under the gun, James Bullimore manoeuvred his remaining 35,000 stack into the middle versus small blind Sirish Shetty preflop.

James Bullimore: AK All in
Sirish Shetty: AJ

Bullimore had a simple request for the dealer before he dealt any cards: "Please double me up.”

The dealer couldn't control this, obviously, but if he could, a K5K flop would be a good way to start.

The turn 4 saw Shetty drawing dead, and by the time the dealer had put out the 4 river, Shetty had already prepared the chips to be pushed across the table.

Board Straights, Chop for Rascar and Franklin

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Yohan Rascar went all-in for 19,000 in cutoff and Matthew Franklin in the big blind called.

Yohan Rascar: AA All in
Matthew Franklin: AK

Franklin was complaining about the hand he found himself in. The flop came 426 and Rascar's lead was maintained.
The turn 5 dropped and with a river 3, the pot was split between Rascar and Franklin.

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Juliet Hegedus
Juliet Hegedus

Juliet Hegedus opened to 3,500 from under the gun and action folded around to Hartt Stearns on the button who three-bet to 10,000. Hegedus called and the players went to the flop.

Both checked the 910A flop to see the 5 turn.

Hegedus bet 20,000 and Stearns called.

The J river saw Hegedus bet 60,000. Stearns considered, before mucking his hand, allowing Hegedus to take the pot, regaining a top stack.
