Mota's two pair was ahead, but he had to dodge the world as Maksimov had flopped massive with a wrap and a superior flush draw. The K♦ turn gave Maksimov an extra two outs, and the 10♠ river improved both to a flush, but Mota was pipped by one to send him packing.

Philip Mighall raised to 20,000 from under the gun, and Leandro Alvarez called from one seat over. Action folded around to Lou Garza in the hijack, who raised to 85,000, and Mighall called. Alvarez moved all in for 113,000 total, and both Garza and Mighall called.

The flop rolled out 10♥8♠2♥, and Mighall checked over to Garza, who moved all in for 319,000 effective to put Mighall into the tank.

Before his first time extension had been hit, he called to bring the pot size to just under seven figures.
