The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is set to usher in a new era for its winter flagship, WSOP Paradise, after confirming the festival will move from Atlantis Paradise Island to the luxury Baha Mar resort, also in the Bahamas.

The 2026 edition, slated to run from Tuesday, December 1 to Friday, December 18, will shuffle up and deal in a new home roughly six miles up the Bahamian coast from where Austria’s Bernhard Binder announced himself to the wider poker world, capturing the record-breaking 2025 WSOP Paradise Super Main Event just a few months ago.

In an announcement on social media platform X, the WSOP wrote, "The next chapter of WSOP Paradise is coming... Bigger. Better. Unmissable. This December, the world's fastest-growing poker event arrives at the stunning Baha Mar."

Clock Paused

Level 12 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

With ten minutes remaining on the level, the tournament clock has been paused.

The players will play four more hands before taking a 15-minute break, during which time registration will officially close.

Pupillo Doubles Through Grech

Level 12 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Zachary Grech raised to 18,000 in late position to see a call from Rafael Mota on the button. Nick Pupillo raised to 75,000 from the big blind.

Only Grech continued to see a flop of 873 and Pupillo bet pot to see Grech move all in for 286,000 effective and Pupillo call to put himself at risk.

Nick Pupillo: AA43 All in
Zachary Grech: KKQ8

The board ran out 52 to see Pupillo further improve to a wheel as the WSOP bracelet winner raked in the pot.

Four-Way Pot, Three-Way Chop

Level 12 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Action was caught on a flop of K4Q. Both big blind Yuan Li and early position Dylan Weisman were all in. On Weisman's left, Robert Cowen had chips in the middle and was facing a raise from Eric Wasserson on the button. Cowen made the call.

The turn was the 2. Cowen checked, Wasserson shoved, and Cowen snapped.

Yuan Li: J1092 All in
Dylan Weisman: KJ102 All in
Eric Wasserson: KQQ6 All in
Robert Cowen: AJ108

Wasserson had the best of it, with middle set and the king-high spade draw. Each player had an open-ender, with Li's lower wrap no good to the Broadway wrap of Cowen.

The river came the A, giving each player with jack-ten Broadway, which excluded Wasserson. "That's impressive," he noted, given how few outs he had to fade to not be eliminated from the tournament.

Kabrhel Joins the Field, Encourages Garza to Speed Up

Level 12 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

"Who is it on? The slow guy?"

Those were Martin Kabrhel's words as he awaited the action to get to him.

The action was on Lou Garza, who raised to 14,000. Kabrhel called in the small blind, and Dylan Linde called in the big blind.

Both Kabrhel and Linde checked to Garza on the 64K flop, who continued for 12,000. That was enough to take it down, as it received two quick folds.

Jeremy Ausmus in the cutoff and small blind Ren Lin went off to the races preflop, with Ausmus the covering stack.

Ren Lin: 88 All in

The K9Q flop gave Ausmus some extra outs, while taking some away at the same time. The brick 4 turn changed nothing, but the 10 river improved Ausmus to Broadway, sending Lin out of the tournament.

No-Limit Hold'em

Dan Cates raised to 15,000 in early position, which only Ian Matakis called in the small blind.

The 210A flop checked through, before Matakis check-called a delayed continuation-bet of 15,000 on the Q turn.

The 5 completed the board, and Matakis checked for a third time. Cates fired 40,000 into the middle, but Matakis sprang his trap, check-raising all in for roughly 200,000. Cates didn't waste any time before folding.

One Bet Takes It

Level 12 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Dylan Weisman raised to 21,000 in early position, and both Rafael Mota and Lou Garza called on the button and in the big blind.

The action checked all the way to a 328KJ river, tempting Garza to lead out for 45,000. Weisman folded without hesitation, and, after taking a little longer to ponder, Mota did the same.
