2025 WSOP Day 11: Final Tables Set in $25K 6-Max and $1,500 Badugi; Friedman Leads Stud Championship
Four bracelets were handed out today — congratulations to the winners — as action at the 2025 World Series of Poker really starts to heat up.
Two more will be crowned on Saturday, with the $25,000 6-Max and $1,500 Badugi down to final tables.
Meanwhile, expect a massive field on the last starting flight in the $500 Colossus which has already attracted over 10,000 entries.

Vaitiekunas Eyes First Live Bracelet in $25,000 6-Max
Just 15 players remain in Event #22: $25,000 High Roller 6-Handed from a massive field of 336 players.
Leading the way is Lithuania's Paulius Vaitiekunas who is hunting for his first live bracelet after winning an online bracelet in 2023.
One player who knows what it takes to win a live bracelet is Jared Bleznick. On the heels of a massive cooler late in the day, Bleznick coasted through the last level to put himself in a prime position to win WSOP titles in back-to-back years after winning his maiden bracelet in Event #92: $50,000 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller for $2,037,947.
The remaining players have all locked up $87,971, with the winner set to walk away with $1,734,717.

Seven Remain in $1,500 Badugi
Just two former bracelet-winners remain in Event #23: $1,500 Badugi with Dominick Sarle and Matthew Schreiber sitting second and third in chips respectively.
They trail Day 2 chip leader Aloisio Dourado who is the only non-American at the final table of seven. Dourado has come close to winning a bracelet before, finishing second to Shaun Deeb in the 2023 $1,500 8-Game. He also recorded a 53rd-place finsih in the 2024 WSOP Main Event.
The seven remaining players will compete to determine a winner on Saturday, with the victor set to take home $138,114.

WSOP Europe Bracelet-Winner Stranak Leads PLO Bomb Pot Day 1
Back in 2021, Samuel Stranak took down a €2,000 Pot-Limit Omaha tournament at the WSOP Europe for his first bracelet. Now in the very first PLO Bomb Pot bracelet event, he's heading into Day 2 of Event #24: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Double Board Bomb Pot as the chip leader.
He bagged 783,000 chips ahead of former bracelet winner Robert Nehorayan's 727,000. A whole host of other notables and bracelet-winners are through to Day 2 as well, including Nacho Barbero, David "ODB" Baker and Michael Mizrachi as well as last year's champion in the Event #41: $1,500 Mixed NLH / PLO Double Board Bomb Pot Xixiang Luo

Former Champ Friedman on Top in $10,000 Stud Championship
After a seventh-place finish in the $10,000 Dealer's Choice Championship, Adam Friedman is back at it in Event #25: $10,000 Seven Card Stud Championship, finishing Day 1 at the top of the counts with 420,000. In 2022, Friedman won this very event after overcoming a 96-player field.
He leads from Dan Heimiller (364,500), looking to do the double after his victory in the $1,500 Seven Card Stud, and Daniel Negreanu (302,000) who is the only other player above 300,000 in chips.
As expected from a mixed game Championship event, there are plenty of big names remaining among the 46 survivors from the 100-player field. Multiple winners of the event in the past are also still in, including 2021 champion Anthony Zinno (96,000), 2023 champion Brian Yoon (188,500), and defending champion James Obst (130,000).

Camno New Chip Leader After Third Flight in Colossus
The third starting flight in Event #19: $500 COLOSSUS was the largest by far, with 4,286 entries. The chip leader once the dust settled was Spain's Rafael Camno with 1,733,000.
Bracelet winners also advancing include Kartik Ved (1,186,000) who sits fifth in chips after Day 1c, as well as Dan Zack (383,000), Jeremy Pekarek (300,000), Anthony Spinella (299,000), former WSOP Main Event final tablist Bruno Politano (163,000) and Felipe Ramos (128,000)

What's Happening on Day 12 of the 2025 WSOP?
As well as two winners being crowned, there are also five other events going on. A massive field is expected on Day 1d of the Colossus which should spread across multiple tournament rooms at Paris and Horseshoe.
Day 2s get underway in the $1,500 PLO Bomb Pot at 12 p.m., and the $10,000 Stud Championship at 1 p.m., as two other events get underway.
Event #26: $25,000 High Roller starts at 12 p.m. with eight 60-minute levels scheduled on Day 1. Last year, Nick Schulman won $1,667,842 in this event after topping a field of 318 players.
For this with slightly smaller bank rolls, or more affinity for Omaha, Event #27: $1,500 Big O starts ath the slightly later time of 2 p.m.
Big O is a form of Omaha poker where, instead of four cards, players receive five cards. The format is also played Hi-Lo split with half the pot being awarded to the high hand, and the other half to the low hand. Last year, Michael Christ was the champion in this event and won $306,884
