Jones Beats Bohn in Showdown

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Three ways to the {9-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop, David Jones bet for 3,200 and then called a raise to 10,000 by Blake Bohn on the button. They checked the {8-Diamonds} turn and Jones check-called for 6,000 on the {7-Diamonds} river. Bohn tabled the {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds} and Jones won the pot with {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for the king-high flush.

Brunson Gets Out of the Way of All-in and Call

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Doyle Brunson opened the action to 2,000, a player in late position called, and Kyna England three-bet from the small blind to 10,500. Brunson folded, and the player in late position raised all-in for 37,500. England chose to call.

Late Position Player: {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}
Kyna England: {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

The board ran out {4-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}, giving England a pair, but it wasn't enough to take the hand. Regardless, she still has a healthy stack over 100,000 chips.

Demeris Takes From Little

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Three ways on a flop of {3-Clubs}{7-Spades}{a-Hearts}, Frank Demeris checked from the big blind to Chris Furbert under-the-gun, who bet 2,300. Jonathan Little called in the hijack and Demeris called as well.

All three players checked on the {10-Spades} turn; however, Demeris bet 10,500 on the {2-Spades} river and only Little called.

Demeris tabled {a-Diamonds}{3-Spades} for two pair and Little mucked.

Yoo Eliminated in First Level

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Cheang Kit Yoo for his short sack in with the {k-Clubs}{q-Spades} and was dominated by the {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts} of Paul Tschernia. The board ran out {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and that spelled the end for Yoo. "It was nice playing with you, good luck guys," he said on the way out.

Estrada Eliminates Singer With Better Two Pair

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Francisco Estrada told PokerNews he was in a hand where he raised to 1,600 on the button and saw a flop against Amar Singer in middle position.

Singer checked on the flop of {k-}{7-}{5-} and his opponent checked back. Singer led out with a bet of 2,000 on the {5-} turn and Estrada called. Singer bet 6,000 on the {a-} river and Estrada raised to put his opponent all-in for around 30,000.

Singer called and showed {a-}{7-} for two pair, but it was no good against the better two pair of Estrada with {a-}{k-}.

Christner Flops Flush; Doesn't Win

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Christian Christner defended out of the big blind and check-raised a bet by David Feldman on the {8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop. He then led the {8-Hearts} turn for 6,500 and Feldman called.

Both checked the {8-Clubs} river and Christner tabled the {q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}. It was no good as Feldman had improved to a full house with the {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}.
