Sethi Runs Into Morgan's Aces

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Following a raise to 2,500 and two callers, Muskan Sethi pushed all-in for her last 11,500 in the big blind. The initial raiser called but Brian Morgan then went all-in over the top to isolate successfully.

Muskan Sethi: AK All in
Brian Morgan: AA

"Don't think I can fold this time," Morgan had mentioned right before the cards were isolated and Sethi caught no miracle on the 954108 runout to bow out in the second level of the day.

Thomas Sends One Out with a Straight Flush

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

All of the chips went in the middle before the flop, and Jamin Thomas had his opponent at risk for 9,800 and both hands were on the backs.

Opponent: A9All in
Jamin Thomas: KQ

Thomas smashed the K109 flop, making top pair and a straight flush draw. The J turn improved him to a straight flush to send his opponent to the rail, and the 4 river was just a formality.

O'Dea Chips Up on Short-Stacked Table; Whiteman Out

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Ben Miller raised to 2,200 from the hijack and Eoghan O'Dea called on the button. Mikiya Kudo also came along in the big blind and the three saw a flop of AJ5.

Kudo checked to Miller, who bet 3,000 chips. O'Dea called before Kudo folded. The 7 turn then checked through, after which O'Dea bet 6,500 on the 3 river.

Miller quickly check-folded as O'Dea received some chips on a table where the majority of players was below the starting stack.

On another table, Biran Whiteman's Main Event run ended.

A massive pot of around 70,000 was already in the middle as Roman Hrabec and Yunsheng Sun went heads-up to the river on a completed board of 74794.

Hrabec, in the small blind, then moved all in for 48,000. Sun tanked for a few minutes before calling to put Hrabec at risk.

Hrabec turned over KK and Sun flashed QQ before mucking as Hrabec earned the massive double up.

"This guy is on ******* fire"

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

The very end of a hand was being divvied up by the dealer as the board read 9x9x6x9x4x. Chongxian Yang had the Jx9x for quads as he was raking in a large pot to add to a stack that has been multiplying all day.

"This guy is on ****ing fire, he hasn't missed once" said a tablemate. "And he refuses to take a compliment" said another player at the table as Yang just smiled and quietly took in the chips, seemingly unwilling to jinx any of the run good moving forward.

Davies Overbets the River

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Action was picked up on the river with the board showing 9A57K and roughly 45,500 in the pot.

Seth Davies in the cutoff bet 60,000 and sent Toby Price on the button deep into the tank. After contemplating his decision for over two minutes, Price made the call.

Davies tabled A9 for two pair. Price who was visibly frustrated threw A3 into the muck, giving Davies the pot.
