Errolyn Strang raised to 2,500 and David Yan in the cutoff three-bet to 8,500, which Strang called. On the flop, Strang checked and called a bet of 6,000 before the turn was checked. Strang check-called another bet of 5,000 on the river and Yan tabled for a pair of tens as the winning hand.
On the three-way flop of , Andrew Chen bet and the cutoff called the 4,500. Martin Ward on the button raised and Chen reluctantly folded, the cutoff then shoved and Ward eventually called for 32,900.
The cutoff only showed pocket sevens, while Ward had . The turn and river were both blanks.
Vojtech Ruzicka raised to 2,700 from the button before Huijie Zhou re-raised to 11,500 from the small blind. Ruzicka thought for a minute before three-betting to 25,500. Zhou studied his stack before four-betting to 51,000. Ruzicka looked over at Zhou's stack before announcing all in. Zhou snap-called with a total of 74,600 in his stack.

The board ran out to see Zhou improve to a full house by the river and move to just over 160,000 in chips.
Moments later Sam Razavi was seen leaving the tournament area. He had a stack of 65,000 prior to his elimination which was then added to Zhou's stack.
A player opened to 2,600 from middle position and Fedon Phaedonos three-bet to 6,000. Ho thought a while before four-betting all in for 28,500. The initial raiser folded and Phaedonos called.

Both players checked the flop before the turn card dropped.

Every so often, a player makes it clear that they are very pleased with a hand that they have played. Luc Meritan approached the media tables with a story of a big hand involving him and Randy Lew.
A big stack opened to 2,500. Randy Lew called and Meritan called in the small blind. The flop came . Meritan checked and the big stack continued for 5,000. Lew and Meritan both called.
The turn was a and this time it checked to Lew who bet 20,000 and Meritan was the only caller.
The river was the and Meritan checked. Lew tanked for a little bit before betting 54,000.
"It looked like he was pretending that he was huge when he was not huge" Meritan told us. "I felt like I had the best hand."
Meritan had 70,000 left so he was calling for a large percentage of his remaining chips. In the end he did so with and Lew turned over .
"It's a very gutsy play," said Meritan. "I knew he was good enough to do it. If it was an amateur I don't call. It was definitely 'nanonoko fame'-dependent."
Over on table 10, one of the few tables with a flop camera in the middle poker of the Crown Poker room, Raphael Wimmer opened the button to 3,000 and the small blind three-bet to 8,000. Harry Lodge in the big blind four-bet shoved for around 60,000 and Wimmer was the only caller.

The flop gave Lodge some more outs, but he failed to get there on the turn and river.
With the turn showing , Paul Palsovic in the hijack made it 8,000 to go and picked up a single caller in Minh Nguyen in the cutoff. The followed on the river and Palsovic bet once more, making it 10,500 to go. That proved to do the trick, as Nguyen opted to fold and forfeited the pot.
