After 16 blinds levels of 25 minutes each, Argentina's "Morrison830" virtually bagged the biggest stack on Day 1 of the SCOOP-92-M: $1,050 NLHE Main Event at PokerStars.

"Morrison830" won the biggest pot of Day 1 of more than 1.7 million after they flopped a set with sevens and got Russia's "Marusia1980" to call off with an over-pair with queens. The Argentinian lost a few small pots near the end of the day but it barely made a dent in their stack.

Also bagging top five stacks were "RealPazman" (second - 1,499,034), "bostero27" (third - 1,382,175), "NicoBoko" (fourth - 1,343,004), and "bartekd31" (1,311,687).

The SCOOP-92-M: $1,050 NLHE Main Event has been a huge success thus far with 5,444 entrants creating a $5,444,000 million prize pool to smash the $5 million guarantee with 1,611 players surviving the first day. The number of entrants, the number of players to start Day 2, and the total prize pool will be determined a few minutes before the start of Day 2 on Monday at 6:05 p.m. BST (1:05 p.m. EDT).

A total of 21 players virtually bagged at least 1 million in chips, including Simon "simon1471" Higgins with 1,105,216. Joris "BillLewinsy" Ruijs, Augusto "Yaguipoker" Hagen, Jakub "Olorionek" Michalak, Eduardo "EduardoGarl@" Garla, Jasper "AppelKruimel" Wetemans, Brunno "botteonpoker" Botteon, Aliaksei "ale6ka" Boika, Angel "atlantaca661" Teicher, and Sean "MonkeyBudg" Prendiville were among the other survivors to survive Day 1 with a big stack.

The top ten is divided between five different flags with two players each from Argentina, Canada, Germany, Poland, and Bulgaria near the top of the pack.

Team PokerStars Update

A dozen PokerStars Ambassadors joined in on the action on Day 1 for 20 total bullets with four players surviving.

Ben "Spraggy" Spragg was the only one of the group to make it through Day 1 with a single bullet and will head into Day 2 with a stack of 377,746. It took the other three ambassadors two bullets each to make it through including Lex "L. Veldhuis" Veldhuis (487,031), Ramon "RamonColillas" Colillas (294,349), and Sam "SamSquid" Grafton (86,875).

Tom "MajinBoob" Hayward, Georgina "GJReggie" James, Mason "Pye_Face21" Pye, Arlie "Prince Pablo" Shaban, Felix "xflixx" Schneiders, and Lasse "Wistern" Jagd Lauritsen all gave it a shot on Day 1 but didn't make it through. This group can all decide to get in before tomorrow's Day 2 as they didn't burn through their maximum three bullets.

The same can't be said for Fintan "easywithaces" Hand and Parker "tonkaaaa" Talbot who each tried the tournament maximum of three times only to end the day without a stack.

Day 2 Kicks Off on Monday, April 26 at 6:10 p.m. BST

PokerNews will be back on the virtual floor for another full day of action on Day 2 starting at 6:10 p.m. BST (1:10 p.m. EDT). The action will play deep into the money with the second day concluding when the field is down to just 80 remaining players.

Blinds will start at 3,000/6,000 with an ante of 750 and increase every 20 minutes as opposed to the 25-minute levels featured on Day 1.

Be sure to tune back to PokerNews tomorrow for the second of four days of the SCOOP-92-H: $1,050 NLHE Main Event.

Grafton Runs Into Molnar's Full House

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 625 ante

Sam "SamSquid" Grafton had just doubled up but his chips wound up with Laszlo "Lackoo87gcb" Molnar as follows.

Grafton opened to 10,000 from middle position and was called by Molnar from one seat over. Both players checked the {6-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop before Grafton check-raised the {7-Diamonds} turn from 20,000 to 60,000.

Molnar called and Grafton jammed the {a-Spades} river for 165,943. Molnar called again and won the hand with a full house holding {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} to Grafton's {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}.

Grafton opted to re-enter for his second bullet minutes before the end of the day.

Vlahovic Doubles Grafton

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 625 ante

Nebojsa "ninototoroko" Vlahovic opened for 10,000 from the cutoff before he called a jam by Sam "SamSquid" Grafton to 117,659 from the button.

Sam "SamSquid" Grafton: {3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}
Nebojsa "ninototoroko" Vlahovic: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}

Grafton won the flip after his opponent didn't hit a piece of the {9-Hearts}{j-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Clubs}{7-Spades} board to double his stack near the end of Day 1.

Cowboys Cracked for Hayword

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 625 ante

Tom "MajinBoob" Hayward three-bet from the small blind the open of "n3xD" from the button to 30,000. "n3xD" jammed and Hayward called off for 200,666.

Tom "MajinBoob" Hayward: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
n3xD: {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}

Hayward was in good shape when the chips were in the pot but it didn't end well for the PokerStars Team Online member as the {9-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{j-Spades} board gave his opponent a full house.

Colillas' Full House No Good Against Olivieri

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 625 ante

Just before the blinds increased, Ramon "RamonColillas" Colillas opened for 8,888 from the hijack before he called a three-bet to 31,200 by Felipe "ultraviol3nt" Olivieri from the big blind.

Olivieri fired out for 27,600 on the {9-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{j-Hearts} flop and Colillas called. The {q-Clubs} turn was an action card. Olivieri bet 43,200. Colillas jammed and Olivieiri called off for 139,764.

Felipe "ultraviol3nt" Olivieri: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Ramon "RamonColillas" Colillas: {q-Spades}{j-Spades}

It was a bit of a cooler with Colillas drawing dead with two pair to his opponent's top set. The {j-Diamonds} river couldn't have made him feel any better as it gave both players a full house. Olivieri still won the hand with a better full house to take a dent out of Colillas' stack.
