Thousands of poker players have descended on Las Vegas not only for the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) but for the many other tournaments, series, and festivals taking place in Sin City. A handful of Team Grosvenor's players are among them, and they have already started enjoying some cashes in prestigious events.

Katie Swift kicked the summer off in style with a victory, a $9,750 score, and entry to a $1 million guaranteed mystery bounty tournament in late July. Swift came out on top of the $400 No-Limit Hold'em Opening Grand Stack event, part of the Golden Nugget Poker Series, and walked away with $9,750 after a heads-up deal.

Swift has also enjoyed a pair of cashes in WSOP events. Swift finished in the money in the $1,000 No-Limit Hold'em Mystery Millions for $4,190 and in the $800 No-Limit Hold'em Deepstack for $1,647.

Matthew Davenport also put together a deep run in a bracelet-awarding event, turning his $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em entry into a $5,020 score.

More Team Grosvenor Scores Expected in the Coming Weeks

WSOP Field - Event #19: $500 COLOSSUS

Expect many more results and, hopefully, wins involving Team Grosvenor members in the coming weeks. Action is heating up at the WSOP and the other Vegas-based series. More Team Grosvenor players and Grosvenor Poker players are set to descend on the WSOP thanks to the Road to Vegas promotion the online poker site ran.

Winners of £4,000 Road to Vegas packages head to the WSOP from June 19 to battle it out on the $1,500 Millionaire Maker which last year awarded its champion, Frnaco Spitale, a cool $1,250,125 and a coveted WSOP bracelet.

They'll also be joined by 20 lucky Grosvenor Casino players from Bury New Road and Birmingham New Hill, who won £5,000 packages over the past few months. Those packages include a $1,000 WSOP Mini Main Event buy-in, flights from London, accommodation, and spending money.

When is the Next GUKPT Stop?

The Grosvenor UK Poker Tour (GUKPT) is on a brief hiatus while most of the poker world is Stateside, but it returns soon. GUKPT London, the fifth leg of the 2025 tour, takes place at the recently refurbished The Poker Room formerly The Vic between July 9-20.

The series includes a £1,100 buy-in Main Event with a £250,000 guaranteed prize pool. Win your GUKPT London Main Event seat online at Grosvenor Poker from only £1.
