Brad Owen & Andrew Neeme

Andrew Neeme and Brad Owen, two of poker’s most influential vloggers and co-owners of The Lodge Card Club, saw their impressive 2025 World Series of Poker Main Event runs come to an end on Day 5.

The popular content creators were among the final 522 players still in contention for the $10 million top prize, but both were eliminated within a few spots of each other. Neeme exited in 382nd place, followed shortly by Owen in 373rd. Each earned a $40,000 payday for their efforts.

For Neeme, a WSOP Circuit ring winner, it marked his second Main Event cash following a deep run to 164th place ($58,500) in 2023. Owen, meanwhile, celebrated his first-ever WSOP Main Event cash.

Neeme Grateful for Deep Run

Neeme bagged 760,000 at the end of Day 4, good for 38 big blinds to start the day but departed after 75 minutes of play.

Sharing on his Instagram, Neeme noted he had chipped down to 440,000 before waking up with AK. He raised to 50,000 from the cutoff with the big blind calling.

On a KxQxJx rainbow flop, the big blind check-raised to 85,000 over Neeme's bet of 30,000. Neeme called to bring in the 4 turn. The big blind moved all-in and after some time in the tank, the clock was called on Neeme. He was unable to make a decision for his tournament life and his hand was ruled dead after the clock struck zero. The big blind was kind enough to show Neeme he had made a good laydown, tabling QxJx.

Neeme's final hand came in an all-in preflop, where his KJ failed to overtake another player's A8 as the board ran out with the 47610Q.

Despite the early elimination, Neeme remained upbeat, sharing on social media: “Best tournament in the world and maybe I’ll write some random musings about that later. For now, thanks for the messages and good vibes.”

Owen Misses Royal Flush Draw

Owen, who entered Day 5 with 560,000 (28 big blinds), built his stack to 810,000 before busting in Level 21, falling just short after chasing a royal flush draw that never materialized.

PokerNews' Ryan Lashmar caught Owen's demise, and reported:

Brad Owen opened to 50,000 from early position and received calls from Thomas Eychenne in the hijack and Sean Oluwole in the cutoff.

The flop came A510. Owen bet 140,000, Eychenne called and Oluwole folded 109.

Owen shoved for 620,000 on the Q turn and Eychenne called with a covering stack to put him at risk.

Brad Owen: KQ
Thomas Eychenne: A9

Owen had a pair of queens and royal flush draw while Eychenne was ahead with top pair and the nut-flush draw. Owen got up from his seat and put his backpack on as the 10 river brought in the nut-flush for Eychenne, ending Owen's Main Event run.
