2023 WSOP Online Bracelets

The 2023 World Series of Poker (WSOP) is right around the corner. Running from May 30-July 18, the 54th Annual WSOP will return to the Las Vegas Strip for the second year in a row for a total of 95 bracelets — the most at a live WSOP in history.

In addition, there will be 20 bracelets – up from 13 last year – awarded on WSOP.com in the merged network of New Jersey and Nevada, while the segregated markets of Pennsylvania and Michigan each awarding seven bracelets.

Online Bracelets

Popular WSOP Online Bracelet events are back, including every Sunday during the summer, with three special “Double Up Bracelet Days” on June 4, June 25, and July 9.

The schedule is highlighted by exciting events including the $500 Summer Saver, a $3,200 High Roller, and the signature $1,000 NLHE Online Championship.

New events also include a $300 Summer Kick-Off and a $5,300 High Roller Championship Event that will have the final table played live in Las Vegas slated during WSOP Online’s Championship Week.

Nevada/New Jersey Schedule

The WSOP held its first online bracelet event back in 2015, which is when Anthony “casedismised” Spinella topped a 905-entry field to win $197,743 and his first bracelet. The following year, Clayton “SLARKDUCK” Maguire bested a 1,247-entry field to win the only online bracelet event for $210,279.

In the years since, the number of online bracelet events has increased in the merged Nevada/New Jersey market, and in the summer of 2023 that includes 20 different events.

Remember, WSOP.com software allows players to compete in no-limit hold’em tournaments on either a computer (i.e. desktop or laptop) or mobile app (i.e. phone or tablet). However, in order to play in pot-limit Omaha (PLO) tournaments players can only do so on a computer (i.e. desktop or laptop).

Michigan/Pennsylvania Schedule

Back in 2021, the WSOP offered gold online bracelet events in the segregated Pennsylvania market. Among those to capture bracelets that inaugural year were Mark Herm, Shankar Pillai, and Andrew Porter, just to name a few.

In 2022, the WSOP expanded its online bracelet offering into Michigan with eight events. Among those to win bracelets in the state’s inaugural year were Brett Blackwood, Todd Estes, and Cade Lautenbacher.

In 2023, WSOP.com will offer seven online bracelets each in their segregated markets in Michigan and Pennsylvania. The events and schedule are the same in both markets. While PokerNews will not be offering live updates on these events, we will offer a recap once a bracelet winner is determined.

On Sunday, June 25, Event #4: $500 Mystery Bounty will take place marking the first time an online gold bracelet will be awarded for the popular Mystery Bounty format.
